Everything was just as described. It made for an easy stay. Great service and perfectly simple ammenities. We loved having an accommodating space for so many. Everything was clean and well stocked. The host is great with communication. We will definitely return to the location if stayibg in the area again with such numbers.

Location was perfect. True Kansas Prairie house with the modern conveniences, WiFi, TV and well done, updated bathrooms. My group didn't have any meals here but the stove/oven appeared good, and the fridge was cold. I hope I get a chance to stay here again. And Holton was more fun than I remembered!

Charming Stay

We needed a place to stay in the area and really enjoyed our stay in the farmhouse. It far enough away but close to everything you need. It was charming and reminded me of going back to my childhood and visiting family on the farm. The host was great to work with and very communicative. I recommend staying here and will use again if we are in the area. Thanks!

Great family stay!

This house met all expectations. We were in town for a family wedding and it was a great place for my sisters and my family to stay. The house was clean and the whole home was very comfortable. The host even let us know there would be fireworks we could view from the porch. My young kids enjoyed watching the cows out the window.

A Quiet Fourth

We live in a neighborhood plagued by excessive fireworks so we were looking for a quiet place to spend the days leading up to Independence Day. Lakeside house was perfect, it is clean, comfortable, and quiet. To say it is well stocked would be an understatement. Dishes, towels utensils, appliances, are all present in abundance. I really cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Great house in a perfect location

We loved staying here. Peaceful, quiet, and an easy walk to the lake and to visit my family who live in the area. The house is clean and well kept. Our hosts were fruendly and responsive. You get so much for your money - its a real bargin. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing!

We housed our entire wedding party here for 4 nights and everything was perfect! When you first pull up the house can be deceiving and look small. But it is very spacious and roomy inside even with 14 people inside. Host was also very responsive and kind. Highly recommend
