Step through its sweet porch and straight into the welcoming lounge, where comfortable seating is gathered around the wood burner and you can spend cosy evenings relaxing with a book or enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. The pretty kitchen includes a dishwasher to help make cleaning up after your meals easy, as well as a farmhouse-styling dining table. When you''re feeling tired, head up the stairs to find the two lovely bedrooms, a double and a bijoux twin, which share a bright shower room (with a sloping ceiling). In terms of outside space, there''s a bench seat in the front garden, and furniture in the back garden for al fresco drinks or lingering meals in the fresh air or go undercover in the garden room discreetly tucked away at the bottom of the garden.


Located in the small village of Bodham, and surrounded by beautiful country walks, the cottage is just metres from a 17th-century pub that serves fresh, home-made food. In the Victorian seaside town of Sheringham, 3.5 miles away, you''ll find something to do all year, from sea fishing and stand-up paddleboarding to golf or visiting museums. Take the steam train from here to picturesque Holt, where there are yet more shops, galleries and places to eat and drink. Amazona Zoo is just 6.5 miles away, and another treat for lovers of wildlife would be a trip to see the seals off Blakeney Point, departing from Morston Quay, 9 miles away.
