"Very helpful owner. We had 2 power cuts while we were there and the 2nd one went on for ever. I rang the owner and she very kindly brought us some candles and t lights so at least we had light but no warmth and no merans of making food or a hot drink. very comfy compact little cottage. "

"Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early."

"Lovely place to stay and perfect for exploring West Yorkshire and the Peak District. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable and owners and neighbours very friendly. Also has a lovely little courtyard where you can watch the sunset with either a glass or a cuppa. Will definitely stay again. "
