Tropical Sands is the ultimate in sophisticated relaxation, decorated throughout with the tropical colors of the island. Kick back on the common third floor balcony with seating for 6, or your personal deck off your bedroom. Dine in the poolside lounge area abounding with tropical plantings, or take advantage of the 360-degree views from the main living floor located on the top floor of the 3-story home. The open floor plan is perfect for keeping your group together while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen with plenty of room to dine in the formal dining room for 8, seating for 5 at the bar and seating for 4 at the informal game table. With the 65-inch TV with a Blu Ray player and seating for all around the large living room, taking in a movie after your long day of adventures is a breeze.

When it's time to get your beauty sleep, Tropical Sands doesn't disappoint. The master suite provides a king bed, TV, side seating, Jacuzzi® tub, huge tiled shower and second floor deck overlooking the pool with seating for 4. One each king and queen bedrooms #2 & 3 provide a TV, tiled glass door showers and private deck. The fourth bedroom has two twins that can convert to a king with a Tempur-pedic® topper with tiled glass door shower. Linens provided are all Cuddledown® premium hotel bedding, for a fresh and clean bed every time you stay.

Great house!

We were very impressed with the house! It was as advertised, well equipped (even beach towels!) and served our needs. The private pool is small, but heated and beautifully landscaped. Lots of chairs for sunning. Two large sunny balconies were great for additional outdoor space. The only “bad” thing was that it is within walking distance to Skinny’s Place, famous for their burgers , onion rings and libations. We may have gone more times than our waistlines might have liked. 😂

Amazing place on an amazing Island

This is a real gem for Anna Maria. Not only is it steps away from the beach, it’s steps away from Publix and supplies. No need to “stock up” for the week and wait in traffic to go anywhere. Definitely going back!

Great house in a Great location

House was great. Owner, was very repsonsive. Our filght got in early and we called Harvey and he changed the lock time schedule to let us in. Our weather was a litlle cooler than expected the first night. We contacted Harvey the next morning and he quickly adjusted the thermostat to give us some more heat and had his staff arrive at the house to retrieve blankets from storage. The oven part of the range was not working and Harvey quickly arranged for a new range to be delivered 2 days later. Again Great house, great location.

Very Nice

Beach was very close, just a short walk from the house. Very lovely place, a few too many artificial flower arrangements, but overall, very functional. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we lacked were towels. With our 7 adults and one child, we only had one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person. We could have used a few more. I would recommend staying here and I hope to return.

Great Home

The house was beautiful! Looks just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were as described. We loved relaxing by the pool. We range in age from 87-22 and we all loved it. According to my mother “she has stayed in many beach houses in her 87 years and this was by far the best”. The beach is about 100 yards away. Harvey was attentive and patient with my many questions before and during our stay. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Decks off of every bedroom but nothing to sit on except for in master suite Queen bedroom very dark and burnt out light in closet hallway made it difficult to see what was in the closet The the proximity to the beach is great but results in REALLY loud traffic noise if you are on the deck. However inside you hear nothing. We were fortunate that most of the time no one was in the adjoining unit as the main decks are quite close to each other

The perfect beach house for little kids

Tropical Sands blew our expectations out of the water. It truly was paradise. We traveled with my parents and our 3.5 and 1.5 year old. We wanted a place that gave us everything we could need and this house did that and more! The pool was perfect for all of us and equipped with plenty of toys! The beach was literally less than a block away and we had everything we needed in the garage! We cooked most of our meals in the home and the kitchen was fully stocked! There are alot of stairs so keep that in mind but there is also an elevator. We put a couple chairs at the top to keep our toddler from going down and that did the trick. I rented a pack n play and high chair and it was in the rental when we arrived so make sure to look into that if needed! The views to the beach were exceptional and Harvey made sure we had a wonderful week!

Cousins Trip

Yearly trip with cousins. 8 adults , age 59-73. Awesome house, location less than half a block to the beach. Owner answered all questions in less than 24 hours ,prior to our arrival. Property manager was a text away. AMI was awesome! Weather was close to perfect! Couldn’t ask for more!

All as advertised…and more!

Let me just say this: Stay here! Perfect beach location…a walk across the street to a sparsely “populated” beach. A look up the beach to the right shows a bigger crowd but it didn’t overflow down to our area. A one minute walk to Skinny’s for a quick bite or Corona, and right across from it is a surf shop with tshirts, high-end flip flops, great hats, beachwear, etc. A 30 second walk from there takes you to the public beach parking and a bar/restaurant and a less expensive beach shop with hats, lots of souvenirs and beach stuff. The house is a quick golf cart ride to Publix and Walgreens. House was amazing!! Elevator helped to load/unload groceries and suitcases. Sheets and mattresses were super comfy. Thick towels in the bathrooms. We’ll appointed kitchen with blender, knife sharpener, and two coffee makers (including one that could accommodate the k-cups or make a whole pot). The balcony on the third floor was a great place to watch the sunsets and it overlooked the pool area. Casey (property mgr) was super responsive whenever we had a question. Would stay there again in a heart beat!!
