    Welcome to Sea for Two, a one-bedroom condo directly on the beach! With outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico, you will never miss a famous Anna Maria Sunset.

    Sea for Two has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation; a full kitchen, dining area, bedroom with queen bed and a full sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Complimentary WFI will keep everyone connected while on vacation.

    Spend your days on the beach, steps from your condo door. The west facing patio overlooks the sugar sand beach and sparkling waters of the Gulf.

    The condo is easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

    Please note:
    * Pets are not allowed in this home.
    * The condo does not include a washer and dryer. Seaside Laundromat is less than a mile away in Holmes Beach.

    You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

    Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

    ** Your signed rental agreement must be returned in order to receive your check-in details.

    VRBO BOOKINGS

    Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

    Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

    The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.

    Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking.

Beach Front Property

We enjoyed our stay. We definitely would have given it a 5 star if the couches weren’t stained and it had a little musty smell. You’re literally right on the beach and listening to the waves crashing and being able to watch the sunset was worth everything. We would definitely stay again. It was like having your own piece of paradise.

Great little condo.

This condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect and there is a trolley stop right at the end of the road if you wish to ride it. The condo is on the bottom floor, and if there is someone staying above you, you will be able to hear them walking from one end.of the condo to the other. Overall though, a great spot and we would stay again.

Booking with no reviews

Perfect place to decompress and find peace on the beach. Nice to have beach front but also have privacy with bushes and trees in front. Quiet and pretty private due to only 1 other unit that is available for rent. I hope the entire building gets remodeled and updated as nice as the place we stayed. It would be a great location for entire family to get together and have separate spaces. Not a space for someone with mobility issues due to split floor plan.

Two for sea

We loved that we were the only ones in the building so it was very secluded. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, and the morning we were leaving there was tons of bugs all over the couch, not sure how they got in. You could also smell faint smoke when going in the residence, but when I got home I could smell it ALL over my clothes. Other than those things we had a wonderful vacation. Bed is very comfortable.

The location is perfect, steps from the beach and the condo is decorated cute. My only complaints are, there was no TV in the bedroom as stated. I had to go buy one, because I can't sleep without a TV and you can hear every movement in the condo above. There is some water damage & mold in the bathroom by the shower, behind the toilet. You cannot see the sunset from the condo at all, because the plants/ bushes out front are so overgrown and tall.

Our Unit was very clean and comfortable which is most important. However , there was no laundry facilities and our unit's parking spot required us to maneuver around a cluster of page trash bins. Not cool. Also, we were not aware that there would be a rental unit above us,( no promotional photos pictured two stories of the building.) There were times when the group above us became very heavy footed.
