Loved our stay and are already planning on returning! Our family had a great time with our dog. Our two boys stayed in the pool and we appreciated a very short walk to the beach. We had a late arrival and the lights were on with a basket of goodies waiting on us-which we were thankful for after a long trip! I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful communication and amenities. Thank you for having us!

What a great week!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location on a quiet street steps from the beach. The pool was a hit with my kids and we had plenty of room to enjoy all that Anna Maria has to offer. We would do it again!

We had a fabulous stay at the Tangerine House! The property is perfectly located so close to the beach and the house is clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent again for future AMI visits!

Tangerine House in Holmes Beach

This house was immaculate. Everything we needed was at the house even a wagon to put all your beach items in to take to the beach. Plenty of room in the house so spacious with lovely decor that makes you feel so comfortable. We absolutely loved this house. Internet was great. Plenty of TVs. Kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances and lovely dining area. Beach was a very short walk without crossing any street. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this house was. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!

Best Vacation Ever

This was the second time that we have stayed here and would return in a heartbeat. We love the house, the fact that we can walk down the street to watch the sunset on the beach, the peacefulness of the area. Total relaxation and the ability to get around easily makes it a great place to stay.

Wonderful home with all the amenities.

The home was spacious, quiet, well equipped and less than a block from the beautiful beach. We also enjoyed the private pool on a daily basis. We would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Loved the Tangerine House!

We had a great stay and this place is so close to the beach. Great pool and outside area. Everything we needed for both the house and the beach was provided. Suzann was a great host-very responsive and welcoming.

We rented in March, 2015 and found this property to be a very comfortable place for relaxing for a month. It is artistically furnished and provided in an ideal location, just a few properties to the beach. The owners were accommodating and I would consider renting it again.

Beach Beauty

This house is exactly as pictured: charming, comfortable, steps from a beautiful beach. We walked everywhere:dinner, doughnuts, cocktails. Wonderful location, house has room to relax. We started each day with coffee by the pool and ended with a late night walk on the beach.

Really private!!

This property is worth staying at for the great location and proximity to a gorgeous beach. Weather was chilly so owners graciously allowed a tick up in pool temp. They were very responsive lovely people.

Adorable Beach Cottage

Location to the beach is awesome. Five minute walk tops! It is close to Gulf Drive so you do hear traffic at night. The home is well supplied and very clean. We enjoyed our week!

Perfect Location

The Tangerine house was perfect for us. My wife and I loved the quick walk to the beach and our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend!!! Also, the owner is very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

House is retro-lovely

We had a wonderful visit on AMI and this house is as described. The Retro style one story house was perfect. Easy 1 min walk to the beach. Could use a few more beach chairs and seating around the pool.

absolutely fantastic owners & house!

we could not have enjoyed our stay more! we already can't wait to go back to this house. the house has everything you could possibly need and the patio is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine! the location to the beach can't be beat, and the neighborhood is nice and quite. suzann was so helpful and communicative with all of the details involved in our stay. by far the best owners we have encountered in booking vacations!

The Tangerine beach house was clean and well maintained by the owners - and they were available locally for any issues or questions we had. Home is comfortable and charming with great pool and patio area and only a few steps from beautiful sandy beach. Quiet and relaxing. We'll be returning again next February to the tangerine house.

Attention to detail

We enjoyed our week at the tangerine house so much! The home was lovely and exceptionally clean. Our favorite part about the experience is as how attentive Suzann was and all of the special little touches she added. We use VRBO often and this is the first time it has felt so personable and warm and it’s all because of her kindness and consideration to our needs and comfort during our stay.

The perfect place to stay

We loved the place. Thank you for letting me stay in your delightful home and for all your recommendations along the way. All in all it was the perfect place to stay! The location was just fabulous, the accommodation was superb, clean with everything you might ever need The local stores were perfect with little shops and great local restaurants nearby. Everyone was so friendly and the Island had “real” islanders and not just holiday makers so nice to meet the locals! no stairs. We had An amazing time in Anna Maria.
