"This was the perfect spot for a night at Portland before heading back home. We especially loved the pool and the pool schedule, and the breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful--from the front desk to the housekeepers. We truly appreciated the hospitality. "

"The hotel itself is nice, security fence and gates around property to help protect your vehicle. The area around it has really been run down, homeless peeps hiding in the shadows everywhere. A 16% Tax was added to the bill as a Hotel Tax in a state that has No state tax, very disappointing, this hotel is just over the river from WA. State, next time we’ll book on WA. Side due to the excess hotel tax and surrounding area and homeless issues. "

"Very clean and friendly Hotel. The staff are always top notch. Close to the convention area, easy to get to the downtown or really anywhere from this location. Didnt try th bar, but had good looking food on the menu. "

"The hotel has two fantastic restaurants/bars that serve excellent food and drinks. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of downtown and very close to public transportation, which makes getting around incredibly easy. The only downside were the linens and pillows. The pillows had an oily, musky scalp smell that was pretty unpleasant. It would be great if the hotel could wash the actual pillows more frequently, not just the pillowcases, or replace them periodically."

"We stayed for one night and it was a decent stay overall — nothing remarkable but nothing bad either. The location is a definite plus, especially if you're heading to the Moda Center as it's just a short distance away. The one thing that left a sour taste was the parking. We were charged $30 with no prior mention that parking wasn't complimentary. A heads up at check-in or on the booking page would have gone a long way. Transparency around fees like this really does make a difference to the...

"Staff were very friendly & accommodating! I paid for the parking option & it was so worth it - valet took care of my luggage & I was able to come & go through texting request for my vehicle. The lobby restaurant dinner options were healthy and perfect so I did not have to find a restaurant somewhere else. Happy, but not noisy, in a very warm environment!"

"This was my first time to Portland. Everything was excellent. The bartender (Gabe) was a great as well! He sold us on some of the amazing items off the menu for dinner. The food was spectacular by the way. Definitely took the time to share some cool stories and recommend some amazing local places. I would come back again for sure with staff like him.
