"The Hotel Chelsea was a fantastic stay. I was able to check in early, which was really appreciated, and my request for a room with a bath was accommodated without any issues. The room itself was beautiful — very clean, well-designed, and felt genuinely luxurious. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully put together. "Everyone on staff was incredibly lovely. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Anthony (concierge) was delightful. They all really hold the place together. Convenient and lovely area. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids...

"Loved staying here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas. The bars are fantastic and had some of the best service in NY. Bedding was super comfortable, and you could feel the quality in the linens. I would love to stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get the room to cool down after the heat had been on upon arrival (we Texans like it cold lol). Rooms were quiet and cozy. Perfect getaway."

"The staff were extemely nice, the hotel was pretty, accessible, and very clean. The free breakfast snacks were a plus. The only main concern was a lot of noise from the street, the window didnt really seal all the way and you could hear everything. They do provide ear plugs and at least you couldnt hear people next to you."
