This property was beautiful, spacious, clean and fully stocked. It was the perfect central location for all of our Branson adventures and the indoor pool and pickle ball courts were a great addition for the kiddos when we were not adventuring! We had a group of 19 and everyone had a bed and plenty of room to shower, get ready and eat! We will definitely be looking to book again if back in the area!

Well designed & decorated large home. Excellent stocked kitchen, & downstairs kitchenette. Massive quantity of barware, eating utensils, & glassware. Adequate pots & pans, along with variety of small appliances. Added bonus coffee/tea bar. Ample baking supplies. For large group, you’ll need additional paper goods, trash bags. Plenty of water pressure in showers.WiFi access excellent. If you’re accustomed to ceiling fans, there are 2 on screened porch, however some would be nice on the inside with the 100 heat index; the AC does work great. Grill needs aggressive cleaning and new drip pan. Would definitely return during cooler months. Numerous activities in surrounding areas & Springfield to pack your days!

Three generations got together for a week in Branson. The home was beautiful and convenient for everything we wanted to do there. The dining area allowed us to all sit together whether it was to eat or play board games. The pickle ball courts and pools were utilized a lot by the grandkids while the adults enjoyed the back porch to relax in the evenings. Everything including stores, shopping, Silver Dollar City and activities on the strip were within a15 minute drive. The owner was very responsive and the 13 of us would stay there again.

Family Reunion

The perfect home for a family reunion. Nice home, right by the marina, fun pool, pickleball courts, and close enough to town town to access all of the attractions, but not be effected by all the traffic etc. Perfect place!

Amazing “Cousin Reunion”

The place was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. Bed were comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Enough seating and tableware for the number it can sleep!The location was far enough away from Branson to be quiet, but close enough to get too quickly. Sheila, the host was beyond amazing to work with! She is extremely responsive, and was very gracious, when one of our party checked in early without permission. If I could give more stars I would!

Branson Family Vacation

Perfect location, we were within 15 minutes of most attractions. Cottage was spacious, perfect for a large group. Hostess was excellent to work with. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

Excellent house and location

The house was so perfect for our group of 17. The house lay out made it so that you couldn’t actually hear when babies cried. We loved the screened in porch and the rooster that crowed in the yard behind us was delightful. The hot tub below and fire pit was a great amenity. Attraction in the area kept the group entertained the whole week. It was a perfect trip.

Overall, very nice facility. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a dock to the lake and sidewalks to the pools. It was a little dangerous walking with small kids to the pools.

Excellent Family Home

This house was amazing for our family of 18 total. We had kids ranging from ages 1-10 and there was something for everyone! The house was a great set up and had excellent taste in decor. The property manager was great with communication and very helpful! Having an indoor and outdoor pool for everyone to use allowed us to meet the needs of whatever our kids wanted to do each day. Very short drive into Branson for fun activities! Would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Great property, Great amenities, Great location!

The house was beautifully decorated, complete with everything we needed! We had ages 1-70. Plenty of space for everyone, and we noted several times how quiet it was. Noise didn’t travel within the house, even with tired toddlers who weren’t always happy, and the early risers didn’t disturb the later sleepers. The outdoor space was wonderful! We found a path that led all the way down to the lake where the kids had fun skipping rocks. It was a wonderful property and we hope to go back soon!

Pretty house but lots of problems

The house was beautiful but there were packages for the owner left in the kitchen. There was soap all over the sink and a faucet left on when we got there. The coffee makers were nasty and under them was even worse. We found trash and things left from previous groups. We sent her a message and never heard back from her. They sent a huge list of rules the day before we got there. Strip all the beds, start laundry and throw it in the dryer, and more. Why charge a cleaning fee if you make your guests do all the cleaning??? I understand throwing trash away and doing the dishes but doing your laundry and stripping all the beds is a little much. If your looking for a place to relax and have fun while on vacation I would not recommend doing it here.

The Christmas house was everything we had hoped it would be. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen, family room and dining room were perfect! Sheila communicated quickly to answer questions. We would like to make this an annual tradition.

Great stay!!

Our stay was great! It was perfectly decorated to get us in the Christmas spirit. The house layout was ideal for our size group of 12, with small children. Lots of areas for entertainment during the day and night. We utilized the community pool and playground. The hot tub was a major hit with our group! The driving distance to everything was about 15 minutes, so perfect location. We will definitely book again for future Branson trips!
