Our stay was a great experience. The Condo is exactly as advertised. I especially appreciate some of the less conspicuous amenities like a variety of phone chargers and helpful labels on lights, electronics etc. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Host (Tim) was excellent to work with, very through with every detail and made the check-in process very user friendly. The condo is exactly as advertised, very comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. Location is away from the hectic city traffic, but still close to all area attractions. We very much enjoyed our time there and hope to return in the future!!!

I have never had a bad experience with a VRBO rental. This one tops all of my fantastic experiences. The hosts communicated so well! They were 10 stars. And, the place is super cute, it’s cozy and comfortable. The view will leave you speechless and the peace is priceless. Do NOT pass this one up. Thank you!

The condo was just perfect for my family. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The sunset from the balcony was just beautiful. It was a great place to unwind from the day with a cocktail. It's location is just minutes away from just about everything in Branson and right I mean right on the lake. We had a great time.

Awesome place! Awesome patio overlooking the lake to relax on. We stayed to attend a concert at Thunder ridge nature arena and it's 15 minutes away so the location was great for that. The only negative is the gated community. It seems unnecessary due to the amount of living units and traffic in and out but we had zero issues with it so don't let that affect your decision. Our host Tim was very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this unit.

Checking in was so easy! Loved that there was coffee and filters supplied. And then spices available to cook with! We were packing our food and snacks for the lake and realized that we had nothing to put our watermelon in, looked in the cabinets to see if there was anything AND there was some zip lock bags that we used and of course replaced. But so thankful we didn’t have to make a trip to the store before going to the lake. Just those little things were big to us.

Amazing view of the lake from this unit! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and waking up to a lake view from the master bedroom. Can also see the lake from the reclining couch in the air conditioning. Master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee was provided. Appreciated not having to haul our luggage up stairs since the unit is parking lot level. Flooring and bathrooms could use some updating but we would stay here again.

This was our third time staying at the condo. We cannot say enough nice things about it. The sunsets are gorgeous off the balcony and we love waking up and going to sleep to the site and sounds of the lake. We love having the lake on one side and the pool on the other, all within walking distance from our ground level room. The condo is spotless, incredibly cozy, while offering comfortable room for all of us to spread out. There are so many amenities to make our stay pleasant within the room if we forgot something such as coffee, olive oil, spices, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Tim is a wonderful communicator and always makes us feel welcome. Our school aged children are already asking when we can visit again.

Great getaway!

We enjoyed the comfort and overall feeling “at home”. More than this, we totally enjoyed watching life on the lake… the boaters, skiers, jet skis, and tubers as well as nature… the birds, turtle, and bunnies. We enjoyed watching a different beautiful sunset every evening and eating meals on the balcony. Thank you, so much!

Clean property in safe area with a wonderful view. The place was unusually quiet. We were able to park very close to the entrance without having to use stairs. It would have been helpful to know there are no restaurants or places to buy food in the area. No complaints and would stay again if in the area.
