  • Esta joya rústica se encuentra en la curva del río en New Richmond, en el río Lower Kalamazoo. ¡El sueño de los pescadores hecho realidad! Muelle flotante con pozo de fuego en la orilla del río. Capacidad para 4 personas, cama de tamaño completo en el dormitorio 1 y literas en el dormitorio 2, ducha, agua caliente y electricidad. Estufa, refrigerador de dormitorio, microondas, parrilla pequeña. Nuestra propiedad privada se encuentra a fines de la 57, donde termina en New Richmond Bridge County Park. El histórico puente giratorio figura en el Registro de Puentes Históricos y Monumentos Históricos y ahora está abierto solo al tráfico peatonal. Hay un paseo marítimo a lo largo de la orilla del río que hace que los paseos matutinos sean divinos a lo largo del río y un gran lugar para relajarse y hacer cola.

A nice, quiet cabin next to the river. Close to many great spots to visit in the area, but a great spot to relax outside at the end of the day.

This is definitely rustic but being right on the river is beautiful. This is the 3rd year we have stayed there and my husband loves the fishing. The host is so kind and stays in communication with you. Love this place!

Amazing getaway

This little cabin was perfect for my wife and I to get a chance to reconnect. We enjoyed the peace and quiet at the cabin and the short drive into Holland for an amazing dinner.

Relaxing getaway

The cabin was a peaceful oasis right on the river! They had a fire pit to relax at night and a swing by a picnic table to enjoy my morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Great location, close to holland but far enough out to get peace and quiet.

The rooms were clean and there were plenty of windows and fans, which we needed in the hot weather. The host was very friendly and kind. The cabin was sufficient and rustic. Unfortunately, the water for showers was cold. The water as clean, however. There were lots of fun trails to hike. People on the river were kayaking and canning. Some were clamping in tents on the nearby property. Across from us a wedding in a park was in full swing with loud drum music for hours, sorry to say. We did have a good time with our little dog and playing cards and reading at night.

Very gorgeous view. Not as much privacy as I would’ve wanted. The people taking care of the property also take care of a canoe/kayak rental next door. Their storage for maintenance is right behind us. We had a couple older people stop over and asked if they could look inside our place. They had spoken to the individuals who run it originally and they said that it’s a rental. They told them we were currently renting the vrbo but didn’t say to not disturb us. I wish they could’ve said for them to look at the property online instead of invading our privacy. They were extremely nice. We just felt it would be been nicer if we had more privacy for sure.

A very cute, cozy cabin. The host was very helpful and accomidating. One small suggestion, my 13 year old daughter really wished there was a mirror for her to use to do her makeup.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this quaint cabin. It sits on a quiet, dead-end street that backs up against the river. The stay was over a HOT weekend but their window AC unit and fans helped for comfort. The area is peaceful, except an occasional sound of the train coming by - that didn’t bother us. The cabin has a twin bed, futon sofa, table/chairs, toilet/shower and kitchenware plus coffee maker and microwave. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. NO tv/cable nor WiFi which again we didn’t mind because we stayed to fish and visit Saugatuck and and Douglas within a 20 minute drive. Julie responded quickly to any questions.A few steps down the road are kayaks to rent - glamping tents for that business are next door to the cabin.. The backyard overlooks the river - beautiful view but spray down as mosquitos are bad this summer. The cabin is definitely a step above glamping so we would visit again. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Great little getaway!

This cabin is exactly as listed - and is perfect for a weekend away. Quiet and such a beautiful view on the river. Julie was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to camp and explore the SW Michigan area!

Nice Stay

This was a nice time for us to relax and unwind for a few days. We might plan on visiting again in the future! The kayak rental is nice and close, and the river is very peaceful and calming. You might want to bring your own fan. Nice neighborhood. Overall good experience.

Cabin on the river

We had a wonderful time at the little cabin. It was exactly what we expected it to be and everything we needed. The cabin was very old but had all the necessary amenities. Our favorite part was waking up to the peaceful river view and watching the sun rise.
