"Hotel does not have immediate access to the road so took me awhile to find it. They were also paving the road leading to the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Grounds are well kept. The pool area was nice and clean also. Room was very clean. Stayed for a week and highly recommend."

"Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very professional and quick with check-in. The hotel has a small indoor pool open. Breakfast buffet style with a lot of choices—including a 'self-serve' waffle maker. Small hotel, room was clean, perfect for spending a night on a budget. " Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. "

"Perfect spot that is also within close proximity to Holland which we absolutely adore. The space is small and convenient for somewhere to just relax and sleep then get up the next day and go out and explore, shop, eat, etc. This isn’t an extravagant place so if you’re into that this isn’t for you but if you’re pretty simple and don’t care for all the extra stuff and just need a place that is more affordable then I recommend this one!"

"We liked the oversized room and bathroom. The floors were tiled so the floor above really echoed. Not sure if all rooms are tiled or if it was because we had a handicap room.

"Although the room wasn’t huge for 2 beds, it was very nicely done. They thought about every issue you can have: storage, electrical plugs, etc. In our room, there was even a light in the bath overhead that acts like a nightlight. My cousin and I were very impressed. We were close to town but out to make it easy to take day trips elsewhere. I can see where it might be a little challenging to park in Saugatuck during season."

" there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast"
