"The Last night there It was a vibration sound due to the water drainage because of 20 miles wind. The staff knew exactly what the sound was but didn't want to tell us what it was. We had to walk outside just to find out. It was so bad. My family couldn't sleep until 4am in the morning. I will not recommend. A lot of people was complaining. Yes the staff know what the problem is. It not mother nature 20 miles wind. It call a bad constructive building. "

"Our room was very clean with newer updates. The shower did have a leaking door and some water damage to the wall. Beds were really comfortable, but bring your own pillow. "Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip!"
