"The apartment is beautiful, with a stunning view through three sets of large double doors directly to the ocean, and a huge deck with a complete dining area, lounge area and a hammock. Our two kids (3 and 6yo) fit very comfortably in the separate bedroom, and it was great having their own bath and shower. "The property and staff were just FANTASTIC!! This little property is perfect in every way! Beds were comfortable. A/C was very cool. Kitchen was equipped - cleaning service was provided. Pool is nice and cool and clean! THis place is a hidden GEM! I really do not like posting about these types of places - because this is the BEST kept secret on the island! Perfect in every way!"

"Our group of three found the apartment to be perfect for us, and the Sugar Hill property itself was stunning and tranquil. The location was conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and various activities. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday in Barbados!"

"2nd time we've stayed at this apartment - we love it. Well equipped and very comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful, Lovely grounds and a good pool. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but we hired a car so we could explore the Island. "

"My stay at Jem Gems was excellent. The host picked me up at the airport and was there on time. She was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and spacious. "Great communication with the host. Nicole ensured that we will get to the property by offering a taxi service which was very convenient as we flew in after midnight. She checked on us during the stay. The house is licated in a very quiet area. Shirt drive/bus ride to the nearest gas station/store. I recommend it for a short stay. "
