93 HIBISCUS COTTAGE is a lovely, bright cottage 150 yards from the glorious caribbean sea.
It comprises of 3 double bedrooms, lounge, 2 bathrooms and a large patio.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size, 5ft bed, ceiling fan and ample wardrobe space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds that convert into superking size 6ft beds. These bedrooms have ceilings fans AIR CON please remember this is charged for, AIR CON 10 hours 9 us per night for all bedrooms , total weekly 63 us. if you use it There is ample wardrobe space.
There are two bathrooms with walk in showers.
The lounge is light and airy, with two large comfortable sofas, easy chair, coffee tables and smart TV you are able to watch Netflix ect.
The kitchen is well fitted out and provides all the amenities and equipment for an easy self catering holiday. The kitchen leads out onto a large, attractive alfresco, covered dining area comfortably seating 6/8 people. This patio is surrounded by a private tropical garden.

From the garden, a gate leads across the road to the beaches and BEACH CLUB privately owned club that can be used at leisure. It has a 50ft swimming pool, sun shades, sun loungers, changing and shower facilites. It also boasts The Beach House, a lovely beachside restaurant and bar.

The cottage also has 2 studios attached, forming an L shape. These each sleep 2 people have ceiling fans and a/c and have private use of the front garden. these can be rented separately.

All windows have mosquito netting and bars to allow for a constant cooling breeze to flow through.

93 HIBISCUS AVENUE is situated in Sunset Crest, Holetown, St James. The erea is is known as The Platinum Coast and is famed for its silver sands and sparkling blue sea.

There is plenty of diversity to entertain everyone, and beautiful walks along the beach or across lush tropical golf courses and parks. 1
Close by are a supermarket. The famous Chattel Village with tropical fashions and local arts and crafts.

The prestigeous Lime Grove and Bar is a step further on with its designer shops, restaurants and cafes, ice cream parlours, grocers, delicatesans and luxury cinemas.
On the beaches and along the coast are a great variety of eateries and bars for all tastes.

Tbe Sunset Medical Centre is a few metres from the cottage and open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

PLEASE note Barbados government have added a room tax
of $2.50 us per bedroom, per night. this will be collected from you in Barbados.

Family Trip Succes

Found this property after a few day search for other VRBO’s. We contacted Wendy to inquire about the listing and to ask about a large family. We have 5 kids plus us two adults. Wendy was very accommodating and assisted with getting an extra bed for our 7th person. After a long day of travel it was refreshing to get into the property with no issues. Very clear instructions from the host. We did rent a vehicle from the airport for ease of exploring the island. It would be nice if the parking area was a bit easier to get into, instead of having to open and close a gate. We asked about the parking and Wendy advised us that the parking lot right at the back door is a good place to use as well. We parked our vehicle in the parking lot for the entire trip. The area was fantastic, the weather was beautiful. If we had any issues Wendy was very quick to respond to our questions or requests.beautiful.

Ideal for beach pool buses shops....

We had a comfortable two week stay at the villa. Lovely clean tidy pool within easy reach. Very handy for buses into and out of town. Everything that you might need is within easy walking distance. Wendy, Jeanette, Mark all very friendly and helpful.We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a safe place as we had a late flight on departure.We enjoyed the birds and the monkeys too as we sat on the patio having breakfast.

excellent in all respects. Property, information, etc all really good. Location is particularly good with cafes, bars and shops close by but in particular, access to the Beach Club, over the road was a real positive.

Barbados holiday

The property is well located. Walking distance to Limegrove, Massy Supermarket, Chattel Village and restaurants. Easy access to highways, if renting a car, or just for walking and enjoy the West Coast tranquility. The cleaner, Ms. Janice is very helpful. Instant communication with Wendy, the property manager for any assistance. Overall we had a good time! Barbados is a fabulous destination which we know very well.

Awesome stay on a Beautiful Island

Great relaxing stay at this property close to the beach in Holetown. As advertised. Beach club and pool right across the road from the house, situated in a great spot right on the ocean. Any questions we had were promptly answered by Wendy. The family had a wonderful time.

Amazing location and easy to deal with

Amazing location in holetown. Great to have access to the private pool right next to the beach for the properties in the area. It was never too busy while we were there (end of the season / crop over). The rooms all have good air cons units that worked well (despite the extra humid weather!). Ideally the kitchen could benefit from a fan as well, but we didn't use it that much due to all the places around us. The bedrooms and living areas all had fans too which was great, plus the outdoor patio was very useful every day. Great communication with Wendy the owner and Janice who came and did the cleaning and new sheets / towels. Happily stay again!

Amazing find

Brilliant location with very short walk to beach club and beautiful small beach with very few people on it. Accommodation perfect for 6 and fabulous outside dining and lounging area. We did not see manager but Janice very friendly. Would stay again. Thank you . Easy to contact Wendy the owner.

Comfortable stay

Clean, well located and as advertised. Some small details might be address as weak WiFi signal and some extra small amenities could be added to enhance stay. All in all a lovely stay in a nice location.

A little bit of paradise

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa which is accurately described in the listing. Supermarket around the corner and the beach club is fabulous, wonderful pool and sunbeds directly facing the local beach with amazing views, Lovely place to eat too. Some very nice beach bars and local restaurants providing good food and entertainment. Barbados is not cheap to eat out but prices were in keeping with rest of island and we offset eating out by getting the supermarket hot meals on other nights which were very reasonable. Try the ice cream parlour next to beach club, ice reams enormous you only need one scoop!! Wendy the owner was very responsive to emails and a couple of minor issues were promptly dealt with. Janice kept the property immaculately clean and was so jolly, friendly and helpful. We had big villa as 5 of us, however the annexe is wonderful for a couple. Highly recommend this villa and the location will stay here again.

I enjoyed he outside patio area and ate out there all the time. I cooked a lot so was grateful that the utensils to cook where adequate. Convenient location for supermarket transport and use of the beach house. We ate there one night and the portions were generous and food a good standard at a reasonable price.

MY STAY IN BARBADOS

The property is nice but could be much better. One air conditioner worked but that too died after 2 days. The owner gave me a studio apt. attached to the villa. It was very nice and the air conditioner worked. However, there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Janice, the housekeeper bleached it, but the smell returned. Should the owner fix the air conditioners so they work properly and get rid of the sewer smell, this would be a nice property. Barbados was very hot and my family had difficulty sleeping at night.

Perfect base for exploring Barbados

Wendy's house is perfect for a family (our kids are 15 and 18), with great facilities, a lovely outdoor area, and easy access to the beach, the beach club, tennis, the supermarket and other amenities in Holetown. Also, Hotetown is the perfect location as a base for exploring Barbados, with almost everything on the island within 30-45 minutes by car. We had a wonderful 10 day stay, and would certainly recommend the house to others.
