"I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again"

"The housekeeping was five-star, but the room furniture was barely adequate. I understand there is renovation in progress, but there was almost no furniture in the sitting room and the sofa was impossible to get out of. It was almost impossible to get to the window side of the bed, with no lamp on that side. The whole arrangement looked like no one had thought about it. I actually pulled a table in from the hallway so we could eat pizza while we watched the ballgame on TV..and to top it off,...

"Our room reeked of smoked cigarettes. I couldn’t sleep well with the stink! The towels were very thin. The room was not cleaned and towels were not refreshed. Tried to go to the office for a towel to shower with, but the office was locked up. Could not shower…"

"Rented this hotel for the last stay of our trip because it had a pool. We'll when we got there unfortunately someone got sick in the pool and the shut the pool down because it had to be cleaned and wait for the a sample to be taken. So I had to deal with a very unhappy fella after being outside all day in the heat watching the nascar race at Dover. I know has nothing to do with the staff but I feel I was defeated after a long day and wanted to cool off myself."

"This hotel is in need of a lot for the price we paid on Expedia. We have now learned Expedia charges a higher price for a room than if you had walked in the front door and reserved it. We had a “kitchenette”, which included a refrigerator, microwave, small cooktop. No coffee pot, no coffee cups, no cups, no plates, no utensils, no cooking utensils.
