"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable.
The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site.
We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"Yes I could have booked a hotel closer or at city center but for more money $$$. The Galaxy apartment was actually about 15 - 20 minutes walking distance to city center or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which dropped us off right in front of the train station.
I must say that the there was no air conditioning and only a couple of vertical fans which really didn't help much considering Lucerne was experiencing a heat wave during our stay. I really hope they can invest in some split air...

"Do not stay here. Simple as that. We have just had two nightmare nights. No air con and they do not tell you that there is a nightclub around the corner that thumps music until 2am with people congregating outside the property until 5am so cannot open windows as was so loud even with ear plugs still could not sleep. Room was 31 degrees. Ended up sleeping on bathroom floor. No one has had any sleep. Worst thing was we are travelling with kids and they must know this and did not warn us so we...

"Clean and very functional apartment in an amazing location. Short walk to great restaurants, the lake, trams, and the train station. Host is very responsive to phone calls."

"オンラインチェックインを事前にしていましたが、部屋のアクセスキーの設定が間違っており、ホテルへ入れたものの部屋に入ることができませんでした。いろいろな媒体でメッセージを送るも1時間以上返信がなく、こちらから電話してアクセスキーの設定をしてもらえたようで、到着から1時間以上してようやく部屋に入れました。
海外旅行だと気軽に電話することができないので、ホテルに管理人がいないのならばメッセージですぐに連絡をとれるよう体制を整えるべきです。部屋は綺麗でしたが、非常に最悪な旅の始まりになりました。"

"It was a very clean space, but pillows were terrible and after 12 am, a lot of bloods from neighbors, quite suprising for Swiss standards.
And there was no inf to connect to the WiFi. I couldn’t use it"
