"Great location for the train and the room was great clean tidy and a good size, Staff were great very helpful from the moment you arrived.We had bed and breakfast which was very good quality it was a Continental breakfast but all the things were very good quality. I would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay if you’re looking to be central, by the train station and have a short walk into the heart of the town which is a 300 mtr walk away. Great choice for me and my wife."

"Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean."

The modern way the facility was maintained with pads to request service and housekeeping did not work. When we requested our room to be made up and towels exchanged it did not happen, yet the computer showed we did request it. I'm not sure if it was electronic request or human error. "What a gorgeous hotel. Everything is so modern and clean. The only drawback was location. It really wasn't close to walking things- but if you are taking public transportation it would be fine. But hard to "pop out" and grab some dinner or ice cream- it would take a longer committment."

"Small but very clean. They make it really easy for guest. No receptionist. Close to transportation and museum. They also have a locker for free that you can put your luggage if it is still early for your flight so you can still enjoy Zurich surrounding and eat before you proceed. Accessible and look safe."

"Unique Dadaist Hotel which we immediately loved. Right next to a shopping centre and easily accessible using the fabulous city tram system. Glad we chose to have breakfast because it was very good and saved having to run around after over-priced alternatives. Our room was a good size, clean and modern. Staff were all non intrusive but very polite at all times. If we come to Zurich again I would certainly look first at the offers for The Home Hotel."
