"Fantastic location. Outside of the old town with its own vibe. Great restaurants, lovely area to walk but a quick ride to the old quarter. Beautiful large rooms and apartments with a fantastic pool. Staff is amazing and very attentive. Great breakfast. "

"Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. "

"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. "夜間チェックインする時、門の前に数台バイクが停められていた。重いスーツケースを持っている人は苦労します。深夜になるとバイクは全て建物の1回に移動します。部屋の照明がかなり暗かったです。切れかかっている電球がありました。スクリーンが部屋に設置されているのですが、使わなかったらリモコンで電源を消してください。部屋に戻る度に起動します。消さないと音がうるさいです。連泊する場合は翌日にホテルの部屋に入ると時カードキーでの認証が拒否され、部屋に入れなかったので焦りました。フロントのスタッフにカードキーを更新してもらって下さい。壁が薄いので隣の部屋のシャワーの音が聞こえます。"
