Our family of 4 had an amazing stay here at Thanh Long Bach Dang hotel. All the staff including security guards, hotel transport, front desk, breakfast staff, Ho Khanh always go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable here. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with many choices. Great location. There are many food vendors nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

I only stayed at the hotel for one night to catch an early flight the next day. Overall, the hotel was okay. The location is close to the airport, taking nearly 15 minutes by car. The room was quite new, clean, and quiet. However, the space was way too small; the family room I booked was very cramped, with almost no space for luggage, making it quite inconvenient to move around. The breakfast didn't offer many choices and was just basic. On the bright side, the male staff member at the breakfast area was very enthusiastic and friendly, so I would still give the hotel a good rating.

Great hotel, reasonably priced. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also close to a very nice park for a walk or exercise. Anything else you want to say about the hotel?

Breakfast was excellent. Security staff were both very nice and helpful. Front desk staff worked hard to accommodate requests. Location is very close to the airport but not too close to the main city (district 1) where all the highlights of Ho Chi Minh are. I guess you cannot have it all. Otherwise, very good hotel.

I loved staying at Thanh Long Hotel. It was modern, super clean and convenient to the airport. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast all I needed. I wish I could have stayed longer but alas it was a stopover.

Great location to the airport. Clean and staff were very nice. Will definitely stay again if looking for a hotel near the airport. Also, you can request transportation to the airport for a small fee. Very convenient!

フロントの対応も親切で道路をわたるときはガードマンがしっかりホローしてくれました。部屋を出ると電気が止まるため冷蔵庫は機能しなかった。インスタントコーヒーが置いてあったがコーヒーカップがなくもらいにいったらビールのジョキをわたされた。洗面所のコップも四連泊中一度も交換されなかった。

Good stay and helpful staff

We arrived late in the evening to a wrong branch of this hotel but we very much appreciated that they had a car that took us to the correct address. The room was clean and cool and as depicted in the pictures.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It's small and adequate, a very short 5 minute(if that) ride to the airport. They have breakfast from 6 am to 9.30 am on the 7th floor every morning. The staff up there is always very kind and helpful. The front desk staff speak English. I would stay here again. One thing to note, it is on a very busy one way street and crossing to the other side is a bit nerve-wracking. Grab drivers always seem to stop on the other side of the road. That being said, a couple blocks to the west is a small convenience store next to a stoplight for crossing. A block to the east and you're at a quite large park that runs behind the hotel.

While some aspects of our stay at Thang Long Hotel were acceptable, several significant issues left us very disappointed. This morning we were assured that both rooms would remain available, so we left our valuables in the room. However, while we were three hours away, we were informed that one room had been reassigned. The staff insisted on moving our belongings to the new room despite our concerns about our valuables and mentioned that the situation was resolved because the other guest agreed to take the new room. Additionally, we experienced barely any hot water and found ants in the room. The hotel took no accountability for these problems, leaving us to deal with the consequences of their mistake.

It is so quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful. The airport transportation is very useful and reasonable price. The breakfast is ok with menu changed everyday. Everything is good except the bath towels are very old. They gave me worn and torn ones although thevtowels look new washed and clean. They changed the towel right after I told them. That is why I gave 4 stars.
