観光の相談に乗ってくれたり、朝食にフォーを作ってくれたりとスタッフが親切です。洗濯が１日分無料で行ってくれるので便利です。また、地下がネイルやフットマッサージの店になっていて、オーナーは日本語が通じます。

Okay

I was disappointed with this experience as I found that the bathroom door knob was broken and was unable to lock it, also, the shower curtain was terrible as I found the bathroom floor flooded with water after showering when using the shower curtain properly. Also the window curtain is also broken and the wifi on level 5 is very weak and we were unable to connect.

親切なホテル

１２歳と７歳の女の子２人を含む家族４人で泊まりました。場所はベンタイン市場に近く、周りにはコンビニや食堂がたくさんあり便利な場所でした。スタッフが英語で分かりやすく説明してくれるし、日本語で挨拶してくれるなどとても親切でした。 無料の朝食は、パン系７～８種類、フォー１種類、ドリンクも５～６種類の中から選べました。バイン・ミー、フォーが美味しかったです。バナナも人数分出してくれました。朝食を部屋に持ってきてくれるようにでできますが、ロビーで食べました。小さなテーブル３つに椅子が６つしかないので、２つのテーブルをくっつけてくれました。オプショナルツアーに参加するため、７時にホテルを出発しなければならなかったときは、バイン・ミ－とアイスコーヒー４人分を袋に詰めて持って行けるようにもしてくれました。 １人上下１着の洗濯は非常に助かりました。利用していませんが、それ以外は１キロ当たりの値段で洗濯してくれます。 日本で見るよりも小さなアリが出てきます。その都度、処理すれば気になりませんでしたが・・・。設備的には古いですが、気持ちよく宿泊することができました。

Nöjd nöjd. Vackert i HCMC. Lätt att hinna med staden då taxi är bekvämt o billigt. Men akta er. Trafiken är aggresivare än Bangkok o mera vespor. Miljoner. Miljoner vespor. Varning för att "gå över gatan". Men vietnameserna är hjälpsamma. Men inte vidare språkkunniga. Men vi var nöjda.Supernöjda. För 350 kr natten 40 kvm. Och några ägg med det goa kaffet varje morron.

After contacting the hotel directly by email, they helped arrange my transfers between the airport and hotel. The driver brought us to the hotel with minimum fuss - no attempted scams by anybody! Hotel staff were courteous and helpful with our luggage. Those who marvel at the existence of many narrow buildings in Vietnam will be pleased to know that there is a lift in this hotel, albeit a small one (max. 450 kg - that's 6 pax!). Hotel staff helped bring our luggage to the room as it could not accommodate us and luggage at the same time. Although the hotel is starting to show its age, the room was clean and reasonably spacious. Amenities of note: in-room safe, mini kettle, free wifi (signal strength may not be to everyone's liking, or perhaps that's because there's 3 of us using it at the same time!). A sign in the lobby says free calls to land lines in a number of countries, but I didn't find out more... A personal computer is provided for guest use in the lobby. There is limited free laundry, but since we arrived at 2.30 pm and would leave at 5.30 am the next day, there was not enough time for us to enjoy this benefit. It seems ironing is included, for I saw a woman ironing someone's shirt in the back room. Breakfast is served between 7 am and 10 am, and again we did not get to enjoy this. They would give you a 1-page menu (which unfortunately I didn't read) the evening before, and you order accordingly. Apparently it is delivered to your room.

コスパ＆立地最高！

立地メインで、ここより安いところから３倍くらいの値段のところまでホテルを検討しました。 ・ベンタイン市場のごく近く ・個室（ドミトリー、カプセルホテル調は不可） ・浴槽がある ・WIFI無料 ・英語が通じる という中で一番安かったのがここです。 結果大正解だったと思います。 風呂に入って寝る、という以外に部屋でパソコンをいじっていてもWIFIも調子よく、ネット動画を見ながらの作業も動画が止まることなくできました。加えてランドリー無料は素晴らしいです。これでこの価格はコスパ最高です。

Første gang i Vietnam

Hotellet var OK stand hvis man ikke forlange luxsus og vil bruge en tid på sit hotelværelse. Servicen var til gengæld helt i top - Meget søde og hjælpsomme medarbejdere. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til de forskellige seværdigheder i Ho Chi min. Kan varmt anbefales og man for meget for pengene her.

Rooms have seen better days. I got moved to a room that smelt of mould. They insist on keeping your passport which is a little weird, and they not kept in a safe. If you come back late it means waking up one guy who sleeps on a camp strecther in front of the door, and the other guy behind the counter. They didn't want me to bring friends bak for a beer, but conceded eventually. Free laundry though is a great service.

Trip to Saigon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Receptionist was even expecting our arrival & allowed us to check in upon arrival.. which was around 11.40am. The receptionist also speaks good english & knowledgable. She was also able to give us good suggestions on where to shop for things we were looking for, as well as able to direct us clearly on how to get to these places. The hotel is small, so the services was very personal & the location is good as its very close to the Ben Thant market. Its especially strategic for those looking for Halal food as the are a few such restaurants around it.

The worst hotel I ever stay. Air con was dripping water and when i make a complain to the counter, they just use a cloth to wipe and walk off.

Excellent services

Very reasonable price comparing to others in the area. Excellent staff with decent services. Good location for walking to the famous Ben Thanh market. Had a little hick up when checking in but the staff (especially Ms Sao)and Mr Tan( the owner) had gone an extra miles to make me feel welcome and comfortable while staying there. Stayed in the room suite rm# 401. I checked around and could not find a big room with this price so I chose Ava and glad I did! Certainly stay again when visiting Saigon again. A plus is that they provide a free laundry ( not much but it is a real convenience for me), offer pick up and take to airport with a reasonable price without going thru headache with taxi.

Låg centralt till många marknader .

problem vid incheckning att inte våra barn skulle få plats i våra rum ..Efter mycket om och men så fick vi dom i samma rum inte kul när man har beställt för 4personer .Ville att vi skulle betal extra för det också men vi stod på oss vi hade ju redan betalt ! Rummen mycket små och inte bra städat . Åkte på tur till Cu chi tunnlarna jätte spännande men även där problem medbetalningen ville ta betalt 2gånger ....begär kvitto .

Nice & Affordable Hotel

Stayed here from the 1st to 5th of December 2014. This is a budget hotel with excellent services. This is not a new hotel but the staff are the gem of this hotel. The manager e-mailed me personally when I wanted to book the airport transfer (airport to hotel) which costs VND350,000. The hotel provides free laundry service (1 pair of clothes per person a day) which was excellent. They also helped us book tours to the Chu Chi tunnel (USD 6) and Mekong river (USD 11) per person. The breakfast was okay and the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with good service

The room is clean. Just the airconditioner was the problem. But overall, it was a good stay for me. The staffs were good and friendly although some of them did not speak English.
