"Enjoyed my stay again in general, clean and comfortable. Host was helpful when I had a hot tub temperature issue. Two even better if's: I wish they would proactively send you the check in like others do, instead of making you contact in advance. The towel rail was making a big noise clanking on the wall which woke me up."

"Communication was excellent. Nice, quiet location. You have to fill the tub yourself on arrival which takes some time, but instructions were clear and easy. A great spot!"

"There is a hidden cleaning fee (Expedia stated 5000 ISK but there is a sheet in person that corresponds to 100 euros or 14000 ISK) that they will charge if you don't dust the furniture, mop the floors, and strip the beds, which I thought was completely unrealistic to expect from guests.
Communication with the host cut off once we had checked in. My friend had bed bug bites that were never addressed.
The property is sufficient but the communication with the host and the expectations ruined the...

"Clean and comfortable beds. Full kitchen with everything you needed. Hot tub was incredible to have, it filled quickly but needed to be drained nightly otherwise the pump would keep you up all night. Laundry available in the reception area, and it was free."

"Nice location within 5-10 minutes walking to Akureyri downtown. Ample street parking.
The building exterior needs painting.
The unit is updated with flooring, bathroom, and kitchens.
However, it is a basement unit and the entrance to the unit is undesirable. You have to through a short side door and walking down into the basement."
