Cozy Cottage

Welcome to the Cozy Cottage, this is a unique 3 bedroom 2 bath rancher located in the heart of Hixson, close to most restaurants, unique shopping, and only ten minutes to downtown, where you will find the wonderful Aquarium, Discovery Museum, parks and so much more.
My home lives in a quiet neighborhood, with a fenced in back yard, perfect for relaxing after a busy day hiking, shopping or working. In addition, I have brand new mattress’s in the rooms.Try sleeping on America’s top brand mattress. In the master bed room, I have added a brand new Sealy mattress that lays for a kind and queen. Just another great feature of staying here and feeling relaxed during your stay. Also, if you like the outdoors in the evening you can enjoy a peaceful back-yard patio along with lawn chairs for sun bathing.

Outstanding Home!!

This house is so adorable and so well stocked!! The host couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating! The fenced in yard is great for pups. The house is beautifully updated and decorated. If you’re in the area, this is a win!!! We enjoyed our stay!!

Great place for a family

The house is in a quite neighborhood close to many amenities and easy access to the highway. It has a good fenced yard for kids and pets. It served us well while transitioning into our new home.

Great location, older home

Overall this was a great place for my family and I'm very thankful it was available when we needed it. It is an older home that's not fully updated, so there are some quirks with it. Pros: - Awesome, responsive owner - Great location close to downtown and convenient to nearly everything - Quiet neighborhood with nice people - Beautifully updated kitchen - Two large smart TVs, one in living room and one in master bedroom - Great backyard with fence, deck, and covered patio Cons: - Bathrooms are pretty small and master bathroom is very small - Bedroom doors don't latch very easily - Mostly well stocked, but was missing a few things that we're used to having in other furnished rentals (scissors, blow dryer, more drinking cups, better silverware) - Some of the furniture was pretty dated, including the outdoor furniture which took away from the nice outdoor space a bit - Guest bath shower/tub was very hard to regulate the temperature, so we quit using it and used the master shower only. Both showers have an older dual knob (hot/cold) setup

Spacious home, amazing location, excellent host!

This 3 bedroom 2 full bath residence located in Hixson is very lovely and conveniently located near all shopping outlets in Hixson. The place was clean upon arrival and the host was beyond gracious and communicative. She was pleasant and responded to ALL of our needs. My family of 6 stayed here during our relocation from the southwestern US and it was a very relaxing and comfortable transition thanks to the host. This area is unbeatable, so much so that we signed a long term lease less than half a mile from this location. We recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Chattanooga area. You will be lucky if its available so if it is don't hesitate or try to find something better because you will not, just book it immediately and be ready to relax and enjoy your stay!
