"Hotel Kilbourne is a cool little hotel right on the Pier with access to the Jet Express. The photos online are accurate. All the staff with whom we interacted were very helpful and personable. The room was comfortable, with everything you would need for a weekend stay."

"The property was quiet and clean. Our issues were that the Bath fan did not work. The Morning Breakfast was very disappointing. Cereal with warm milk, waffles, oranges and yogurt were all that was offered. No Juice(empty) No water(empty). "

"The property was nice and quiet. The grounds were beautiful. The cleaning staff were always cleaning the rooms, halls, etc. The comfort room had extra hall space, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The room has a microwave and fridge. Opportunities to improve: 1) No coffee pot in room, no coffee in the lobby. 2) Shampoo and conditioner bottles are tiny and I didn’t love the quality. FYI..Some rooms are very far from the lobby, pool, restaurants and require a lot of walking. "

"Super Bowl boutique hotel experience. Staff was fantastic. Attached restaurant and patio area was fantastic. Only drawback is only double beds not queen beds. No dresser drawers no desk can only hang up three items of clothes. But it was clean and very nice. stay in all other aspects."

"The staff was amazing. The property is a little run down and the pool was broken and has never been fixed and if you wanted to swim you had to go to their other property. But other than that it was a great mom and pop hotel."

"The staff was great, as always. The stuff that I could bring up almost feels like nitpicking. The breakfast looked like it was just thrown together, because I’ve seen them so much better. There weren’t any towels in the pool area, even after we asked for some. None appeared until we were checking out the next day. Overall, the kids had a great time, and that’s what matters most "

"Over all I really enjoyed my stay here. It was close and convenient to both ferry's to Kelley's Island and Put in Bay. Pool was nice. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay. Last day of our stay they were out of most of the options we wanted. We stayed for 5 days, and my understanding was that we would get housekeeping after night three (day four). But we'd requested new towels on day three and not received any other housekeeping services. Room was decent size. However there were not...
