CAMINATA A LA PLAYA !! Condominio completamente renovado en 2016

El sonido Spa on Port Royal es un complejo cerrado, ubicado en el "talón" de esta hermosa isla en forma de pie. Se encuentra al final de Beach City Road, en un entorno tranquilo, aislado y natural, pero muy cerca de todo lo que necesita.

Este condominio del primer piso ha sido recientemente renovado en todo. Hay una cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos y baños nuevos, ambos con bañeras y duchas. Tanto el dormitorio principal como los dormitorios de invitados tienen cómodas camas nuevas. La sala de estar y las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana nuevos montados en la pared y hay un reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar. Los condominios cuentan con wifi. Ofrecemos toallas y ropa de cama de alta calidad, incluidas toallas de playa. Aquí encontrará todo lo que necesita, incluidos jabones, detergentes para platos, lavavajillas y ropa, toallas de papel, Kleenex y papel higiénico. En caso de que haya un día con lluvia, también puede disfrutar de juegos de mesa familiares, o elegir un libro de nuestra biblioteca "mini" (¡tome un libro para guardar y / o deje un libro!) El área de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 o más personas con la hoja emergente. El lanai es un espacio acogedor y al aire libre para relajarse.

El spa cuenta con 2 piscinas al aire libre (una cerca de la playa), así como una piscina cubierta climatizada y jacuzzi y un pequeño gimnasio, todos con baños y conexión inalámbrica a internet. El complejo tiene muchas parrillas de carbón y mesas de picnic repartidas por todo el terreno y 3 canchas de tenis, así como una cancha de baloncesto y un pequeño parque infantil. Es un paseo de 3-4 minutos a la playa privada, o puede conducir y estacionar si tiene mucho que cargar. En la playa hay un hermoso muelle recientemente reconstruido, completo con asientos para observar delfines. Es un lugar divertido para explorar, pescar desde la orilla o ir a almorzar. Hilton Head Island completó un programa de renovación de arena en junio de 2016, que ocurre cada 10 años. Si desea pasar un día en una playa pública con socorristas, hay 3 o 4 ubicados cerca en un trayecto de 5 minutos.

Kitchen is well appointed. Paper products and soap supplied. We drive through parking lot to walk to beach. Beach is still of shells so bring water shoes! Beach towels provided. Nice indoor pool

The condo was lovelier in person and so nicely stocked. We had a wonderful time. We loved how quiet The Spa was overall, not much traffic or noise from other occupants. Our toddler was amazed and had the best time imaginable. He asks when we're going back and we tell him hopefully next summer.

The property was perfect for two adults and two teenage girls. Everything was as described. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the last 25 years and this was by far the best stocked property we've been to. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! They provided beach towels, chairs, a wagon, etc. The beach adjacent to the property was lovely, but the teens wanted a more traditional beach so we drove just a few minutes away to Burkes Beach where there is plenty of parking. We accidentally broke one of the beach chairs and I picked up a replacement and let Chris and Eileen know. They insisted on reimbursing us for it. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we want to visit Hilton Head Island.

The condo overall is very nice, the sofa and recliner should be replaced. My biggest issue is that it's .6 of a mile to the beach. At a good pace it takes at least 8 minutes. It's in the very back bldg in the complex.

Everything was so lovely with thoughtful touches. My sister forgot her toothbrush and there was even that at the condo. Washer and dryer, soaps, paper towels, beach chairs and blanket and towels and even a great wagon to cart everything. The grounds were really lovely, too. The little pond with the fish and turtles was our favorite. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was FULLY stocked!! I mean they have everything you could possibly need!! The place was clean! Check in and check out were easy!! We had the best time here, especially exploring the beach at low tide!! We drove over to Burkes Beach for swimming which was only 10 mins away!! Thanks for a great first experience!!

The picture is misleading with the caption walk to Beach. There is NO beach close enough to walk to. That is nothing but breakage water, it was gross and stinks!! We had to drive to find the beaches. The A/C needs help, we sweated at night. We didn’t even stay our last night! We left yesterday and paid through today! We didn’t want to sleep there because it was hot! The condo was nice and clean, it had way to much decorations in it, all the way to the balls hanging from the curtains and blinds, it was aggravating closing it at night with all the pictures and things around it! That’s fine if it’s your personal condo but not for rental! We wanted to cook some cinnamon rolls for breakfast, but there was no flat pan for that. We loved our time in Hilton Head, but we were VERY disappointed with the misleading of “Walk to Beach”

The owners were so good about making sure we had everything we needed early so check in was extremely smooth. The property is quiet and filled with tons to do. My boys enjoyed having a basketball court so close and we went to every pool on the property. The private beach was cool to check out and other beaches are just a short drive so it was close to everything we needed. The owners have so much that they provide as well! Being able to cook, store food and not have to worry about bringing everything from home for the beach and pool was a huge convenience! We will be back.

Great 2 bedroom condo, loved all the beachy decorations. Had everything you could think of when on vacation. Loved the sunroom. We did not use the pools but walked down to the beach in the evening, not on the Atlantic Ocean side but still pretty and able to walk without being crowded. Will definitely stay here if we come back to Hilton head

The condo was immaculate. The furnishings, mattresses , kitchen supplies were what you would have in your own home. Close to the beach with everything you needed. Communication with Chris far exceeded our expectations. He was always 2 steps ahead. We would most definitely recommend this property and will stay there if we return to Hilton Head.

The condo was so nice. They thought of every need we could possibly have. There was plenty of space and it was in a safe area. Everything on the island was close and only a short drive. The pool in the complex was huge and had plenty of chairs. Our only complaint was that the condo was on the side of the sound (intracoastal waterway) and not the Atlantic Ocean. However, the ocean was a short drive and there were public beach accesses that you could park at and walk to the beach. Overall truly enjoyed staying at this condo.

We had a lovely stay at The Spa. The condo had everything we needed, and we loved exploring the natural beach. Looking back at past reviews, I can’t believe people complained about the airplanes and feral cats. We loved watching the airplanes flying over each day and spotting all the kitties.

Was here for a week with my wife and 3 kids. The location is as advertised and Hilton Head is an awesome place for a family vacation with so much to do. Owners provided a lot of good information about the island to maximize our time on the island. Directions to enter the condo were clear and the home was clean and beautifully decorated. Daniel Frade

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend at the condo. Weather was beautiful and sunny and we had three good beach days. The condo was clean,comfortable, and had all we could need and more. We did a private Dolphin tour and had great meals out. The pools and beach were great and we used the beach chair and umbrella from the condo which was a huge help. Highly recommend this place!

It was clean and nicely decorated. It was at the back of the resort and I thought it was one of the closer condos so it was a treck to get my 3 year old and all the beach stuff to the beach. It wasn’t too far of a walk but farther than I thought it would be. The beach was nice once we walked a little farther down the beach to not get as many shells in the water and cut our feet. Luckily I had some swimming shoes for my daughter so I didn’t have to worry about her getting cut. We were disappointed that the larger of the two outdoor pools was closed all week but the smaller pool was nice and the water was cool and refreshing after an afternoon at the beach. The owners where very responsive when I had a question or problem. I got a phone call within a few minutes each time I needed something. Overall we had a nice relaxing girls week at the beach. My sister, daughter and I enjoyed our stay, for the most part.

This place was very nice and quaint a lot of mermaids everywhere and very intricately decorated. My husband lost his wallet right around the corner and when we told the security they weren't very helpful. Hopefully maybe it will be found somewhere it had $500 cash and his bank card and license. Other than that the stay was good the pool was nice and the beach was close.

The condo was located wonderfully close to the ocean, and the amenities were plentiful. The beds were all comfortable, everything was clean and tastefully decorated. The options of DVDS, and books were much appreciated as were all the thoughtful touches like laminated maps and board with the WIFI password. The highlight for my son was the beach toys and for me was the beach umbrella and chairs. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was amazing stay , very clean , close to everything, the owners was super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Internet was not working so we couldn’t use our phones, we had to go outside to call people . But it was no problem for us , we had so much fun we didn’t wanted be bothered by anybody anyway.
