Luxury updated two bedroom vacation condo in Palmetto Dunes resort with spectacular upgrades. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances to create the gourmet meals. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. Living room has been updated with new furniture and new flooring. Master bedroom has a King size bed with an ensuite updated master bath. Guest room has a queen size bed with full bathroom access. Living room has sleeper sofa to sleep six people. Flat screen TVs and free internet are included in the condo. Very private back deck with nice patio furniture. Condo is a short ten minute walk to the beach or easy five minute bike ride. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.

Palmetto Dunes has spectacular white sandy beaches only minutes away with easy beach access, miles of bike paths, three championship golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts with two oceanfront hotels, Marriott and Omni to enjoy dinner and drinks. Go enjoy the General Store deli for lunch too or Alexanders for a great dinner. You can kayak or fish in the 11 mile lagoon, just remember the fishing license. You can also go deep sea fishing, para sailing or jet skiing right out of Shelter Cove Harbour, just across Highway 278. Kroger is nearby with many shops and restaurants in the Shelter Cove shopping center. Enjoy San Miguels waterfront or the fabulous Poseidon restaurant and bar, just a mile away.

The condo was fine. One of the bedrooms had two single beds instead of the queen size advertised. Just big enough for a child, not an adult. The Koernig coffee maker had been broken and the parts taped together. We called maintenance, so as not to get blamed for it and they remedied the problem quickly. On a couple of occasions there was no parking spots available in our section. Very inconvenient. The kitchen had the bare minimum. Fortunately we decided not to cook too much.

Excellent location with all of the amenities. Easy walk to the beach and pools. Golf course just around the corner. Would highly recommend renting here.

Spring break

This property was wonderful! It was clean, organized, spacious, and perfect for a stay. We would come back to this unit without hesitation. It was a very short bike ride or walk to the general store and a maybe 5 minute max bike ride to the beach. We also enjoyed the bike ride to Shelter Cove, which was the opposite direction of the beach but also close to the unit. Great location for a Palmetto Dunes unit.
