We have many first-time guests tell us at check in that the villa feels like a home-cozy and comfortable. This isn't a 'rental property' to us - it's our home. It has so many extras that you will not find in a bare-bones rental. For over a decade of accepting guests in our villa, we desire for you to have a great experience. Read our 200 reviews! *Sleeps 7 ONLY includes adults, children and/or infants. Great for 2 small families or 2 to 3 couples.
*Complex pool is steps away from 2227 and complimentary to our guests. Secure code is needed to enter the pool. Open seasonal – April 1 – October 15 (weather permitting). Pool deck is open year-round.
*This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. We offer 1 Sea Pines gate pass with a weekly summer rental. Non Peak season and additional passes can be purchased for $22 (price may vary) per car. During the peak season and your reservation is made 30 days before your stay, Sea Pines gate pass(es) will be mailed to our guests ahead of stay, removing the need for pickup or waiting in car line at the gate. If your stay is during the off season or you are staying less than a week, you will need to purchase a pass at the gate.

BIKING: Welcome to 17 miles of bike trails winding throughout this beautiful community and connecting every major activity area within the Sea Pines Resort. Biking is one of the best ways to explore our 5,000 acre resort. The paths will lead to such sites such as the Forest Preserve, Lawton Stables, Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center, Sea Pines Beach Club, Sea Pines Club, Stoney-Baynard Ruins, Salty Dog and South Beach Marina Village. One of the absolute musts in Sea Pines (in our opinion) is to rent bikes (very reasonably) and make that your primary method of transportation around Sea Pines. It is relaxing and lets you bond with the natural beauty of the Sea Pines community. Being able to head to breakfast for coffee, the beach, shopping or happy hour and sunset dinner using just a bicycle, and not getting in the car, is what makes the Sea Pines experience especially memorable. Discounted bike rental with free delivery and pick up is available from Peddlin Pelican Bike Rentals. Call ahead so bikes will be at the villa when you arrive. Please mention discount.

TROLLEY IN SEA PINES: The trolley offers an easy, convenient way to travel around Sea Pines and visit your favorite locations. Closest trolley stops (about 1 minute from our villa) is the Heritage Pad, The Shoppes at Sea Pines Center and Racquet Club Villas. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. Take advantage of this service that operates 10AM to 10PM during the summer. Hours of operation varies during other seasons.

GOLF: Harbour Town Golf Links, Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point are located in Sea Pines.

LAWTON STABLES/SEA PINES NATURE PRESERVE: We love to ride our bikes to the stables, on the trials and fish the lakes in the preserve. Fishing is allowed in most lakes. Guests may purchase a $5.00 fishing license that is good for everyone in the party for the duration of stay. Stop by the CSA office to purchase the license. Be sure to have your Sea Pines Gate Pass with you to verify your reservation.

TENNIS/PICKLEBALL: Adjacent to Heritage Villas, this state-of-the-art tennis facility at The Sea Pines Resort and home to Smith Stearns Hilton Head Tennis Academy-- has grown into a premier resource for tennis enthusiasts. With a wide selection of teaching clinics and instructional programs, it's easy to see why TENNIS Magazine ranked this world-class Hilton Head Island tennis resort as one of America's top destinations. Call the Tennis Shop for rates and availability.

BEACH: Short bike or trolley ride! Download App that alerts trolley pick up times from Memorial to Labor Day Holidays. Catch the trolley from The Heritage Pad(right beside Heritage Villas), The Shoppes at Sea Pines or Racquet Club Villas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Sea Pines Beach Club on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean is about 1 mile from the villa and a 10 minute drive by car. For your convenience, beach wagon, bag, towels, chairs, and toys are provided. Wow, this is priceless for our guests traveling by plane. Sea Pines really is a destination vacation. An umbrella and chairs can be rented and set up on beach through Shore Beach Rentals.

PAYMENT: A deposit is required at time of a weekly non holiday reservation, with full payment due a minimum of 60 days before a weekly arrival. More than one week, RBC Heritage, and long term stay reservations require a 50% deposit at booking. Payment is through VRBO in US Dollars. International fees are paid by the guest/renter.

A $400 refundable damage deposit is required for your stay. Deposit will be returned, if no damage occurs during stay. About 7 days before your arrival, owner will email a vacation packet that includes key less entry code, WIFI pass code for our villa, the Heritage Villa pool and other information needed for your stay.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This home was comfy, spacious and super clean. We had plenty of space for our group of 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Less than a 5 minute walk to the pool was perfect. The beach is a quick drive away. Owner was attentive and communicative. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

This property and stay were terrific! Cindy’s communication and helpful information she gave leading up to our stay and during, were exceptional. The property was peaceful, clean, roomy, comfy and we couldn’t have asked for a better location in Sea Pines! It was a fantastic find, all around.

Thanksgiving in Hilton Head

Cindy's place was perfect. Had everything we needed for 6 people to cook and eat Thanksgiving dinner. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at!!! The location was awesome...extremely safe and beautiful. She was so helpful and friendly. We hope to return before springtime. So many things to do in the immediate area, too!!!

Weekend Get Away

We travel by boat twice a year to HHI and dock our boat at Harbour Town. It’s usually 3 couples, but on this trip it was just 2 couples. Our rental property was great. We felt right at home.

A beautiful stay

This property was all you could want. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable to stay in. We went with our daughter, son in law and 6 yr old grandson. We had plenty of room to spread out. There were many extras that that most places don’t offer. The villa was convenient to Harbor Town and the beach. Unless it was abeach view, you couldn't ask for more!

Perfect Escape

The family had an amazing time here. It was the perfect home away from home. The towels, beach wagon and beach toys were a huge hit with my 5 and 6 year old. The community pool was warm and great for the kids. Plenty of room for many families at the same time. The trolley was another huge benefit to the community to be able to get around enjoy. The house was well equipped with everything you need. Cindy was quick to respond and accommodate us on short notice. She checked in frequently to ensure we had everything and to make suggestions. We would stay here again it was just as the pictures and other renters say Thank you Cindy!!

Comfy and Equipped

Traveling with a toddler can be stressful, but the villa had everything we needed (including a baby gate)! It was definitely a relief, and very much felt like a home away from home. Cindy had great suggestions on things to do and places to eat, and was very responsive. The house is close to a trolly stop making it super easy to get around Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply Fantastic Week!

The only negative aspect to our stay is we had to come home. Loved being able to walk to the Lighthouse and shops, while kids could ride bikes and trolly to the beach. Fantastic hosts who suggested all the right spots to grad breakfast or a nice dinner. A home away from home feel.

Villa feels like a home, not a rental.

This Sea Pines Villa felt like a home, not a rental property. Clean, updated and well maintained. Everyone in our party had a great week of sleep on comfortable beds. Bathroom showers were clean and water pressure was great. Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances in unit were in great shape. Loved having the washer and dryer off the enclosed entry patio/ beach drop zone area. The beach closet with beach essentials was fantastic! Beach wagon and chairs were clean and in great condition. We had brought are own chairs and umbrellas not knowing what we would find, but next time we will not pack them. They truly have everything you need for all ages to have a great beach week, including plenty of nice beach towels. Our villa car pass let us park in the Sea Pines Beach Club parking lot and we always found a space no matter the time of day. Clean bathrooms, sand washing stations, life guards on duty and plenty of dining options. The pool at the villa is large, clean and surrounded by beautiful trees. Plenty of nice lounge chairs and shaded spots if you need out of the sun. We loved the location of the villa. The area was quiet and peaceful when sitting on the back patio overlooking the golf course. It was a quick bike ride to Harbour Town and less than 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Property owners do a great job communicating from the time of booking to departure. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Cindy and Wynn!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect! So easy to communicate with the owners and everything was clean and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. We had everything we needed to make a perfect time in Hilton head! Thank you and we will come again!

Great Vacation

Last minute golf trip

Booked this property last minute (2 days before check-in). Had a great time with my family. The property was updated , spacious, clean, and accommodating. The villa is located on the fairway of the first tee of Harbor Town Golf Links. The property owner was very responsive and engaging with any questions we had. Would recommend this property. We look forward to our next stay and would give it a 5 star!

Our golf group had a great stay in this well stocked villa. Walking distance to Harbour Town Clubhouse, Harbour Town and Sea Pines Shopping Center. Best location and perfect 5 star accommodations.

Beautiful villa

I had a great stay at this beautiful villa. It was very comfortable and convenient to everything. The villa has a beautiful view of the golf course. The owner has great taste. The villa is very nicely decorated! Will definitely return to this Villa at HH!

Harbour Town

My husband, 8 year old son and my parents (in their 70’s) spent a week in Harbour Town. It was an amazing experience. Soon after the initial booking, Cindy called and went over their property and what Harbour Town has to offer. My husband and I had been to Hilton Head in the past, but never Sea Pines. Sea Pines was definitely the place to be! During our entire stay-Cindy was just a text away-any questions we had. The condo was extremely clean and had more amenities than any VRBO that we have rented before. We drove from Ohio, so not having to pack beach towels, beach chair, beach toys etc was EXTREMELY helpful! And all of these items were very nice and in excellent condition. It was nice having one master on the main floor for those who can’t do stairs. We spent evenings either playing euchre at the kitchen table, or throwing frisbee or corn hole off the back patio. The patio was extremely private. Our 8 year old loved counting the tree frogs on the patio each night…and seeing the deer on the golf course. When it came time to go to the beach, we used the trolley which was very close and convenient. It was nice grabbing dinner or even just ice cream and only having to drive a few minutes…this location is perfect! We rented bikes as well….a must in Sea Pines! During our stay we visited Lawton Farms..played putt putt and even went to an escape room on a rainy afternoon. All of this a very short drive. We would 100% rent this again and again!

no complaints

My family and I had a great stay, there is really nothing at all to complain about. The pool is nice and close, very clean, the shallow end was great for my kids. We had plenty of space, the pictures do not do it justice for sure. We ended up driving to the beach most of the time but it was very easy to bike to harbor town and the kids really enjoyed it there. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean upon arrival. We loved our stay!

Favorite vacation spot

Villa is central to activities and amenities our family enjoys. Easily accessible to trolley (which both grandkids loved) and bike rentals are a plus! It was very clean, comfortable and the Gibbs have included extra touches to make you feel at home. We hope to return again another time!

Sea Pines Villa

Lovely, well maintained and well equipped property. Nice quiet location with great views over the golf course from the patio. Very convenient to Harbour Town and bike trails to beaches. The owner is very attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had the best experience staying in this wonderful villa! It was so nice, welcoming and clean. It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect- walking distance to Harbourtown and the trolley stop. The Heritage Villas pool was great too! The location was beautiful, looking out to the first hole on Harbourtown golf course. Accommodations were beyond perfect. We hope to be back in the future!
