Bright & Breezy villa in oceanfront resort! Enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Updated villa with extensive fresh touches, including flooring, paint, furniture and decor.

The Villa:

This comfortable one bedroom, one bath villa with steamer bunks is located on the second floor of the "A" building (elevator provided) in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This freshly remodeled villa includes a bedroom with queen bed, a queen pull out sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress, and two "steamer bunks," suitable for children. A Graco Pack 'n Play is available for our younger guests, so feel free to pack a little lighter! The balcony offers a partial ocean view.

A nicely equipped kitchen contains all you need for preparing snacks for a day on the beach or a relaxing dinner in with family. A full-sized kitchen table seats four in the main living space, where you'll also find a large wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with cable - feel free to sign in and use your favorite streaming services. The unit offers free WiFi. Beach chairs are available for your use - just show up and relax!

The Resort:

The gated Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers a large beachfront pool, situated next to a tiki bar and restaurant offering live music, drinks, and beach eats. You'll find ten tennis courts on property, as well as a bike rental operation near the gate. A grilling area adjacent to the "A" building offers charcoal grills and ample seating. A nice playground is located on the resort if the kids have any energy left after a day at the beach and pool.

The Location:

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located at Folly Field Beach, which tends to be less crowded than the more touristy areas of the island, and which seems to offer dolphin views on a daily basis. This location is perfect for families with children, couples looking for a romantic get away or those seeking a golf outing. Restaurants and mini-golf are within walking distance. The Coligny Beach and Plaza area is a ten minute car ride, or be adventurous and take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of flat, wide bike paths.

This mid-island location ideally positions you to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer as well as the wonder of historic Bluffton across the bridge on the mainland, where in addition to Tanger Outlets, you'll find a quaint historic downtown characterized by billowing live oaks draped in spanish moss.

Perfect Couple Getaway. We loved the easy access to the beach. Place had everything we needed for the week. Close to most of the places we ate at. Overall a great experience would stay there again.

Overall A Great Experience

This is the second time we have stayed on this property (the first time we stayed at a different condo). Positives: 1) The location is amazing! Love the amenities as well. Bikes, pickleball, a nice fitness facility we used 4 times during the stay, and a great pool area. The walk to the beach is short and it's a great location. 2) The condo was just like the listing said. Everything was clean and all the appliances worked great. 3) The bunkbeds were great for our two kids (ages 5 and 8). We bought a travel railing for the top bunk since we were afraid the 8 year old would fall out at night. Kids had no complaints about the beds. 4) The Queen bed was nice and comfortable. 5) The Resort itself was very quiet at night, which was amazing! I'm such a light sleeper and we were worried about the kids getting woken up by roudy guests, but there was none of that! Most people head back in before 8pm, from what we can tell. 6) We ended up doing Laundry and it was so close.yo the room, which was super convenient. 7) TV has a Roku, so we were able to sign in to our streaming apps seamlessly. Negatives: 1) The place would benefit from a dehumidifier. Most likely you wouldn't notice it during shoulder seasons, but we noticed it was a little damp even when the A/C was set to 70. We went in July, fyi. Overall it was a great trip for the amount we wanted to spend! It was a small place but we knew that going into it. We would definitely come back.

Lack of response

The air conditioning did not work in the property. I contacted the owners twice with no response. We were not able to sleep. It was very warm and humid. Our clothes actually felt damp.

Great place, close to amenities and beach!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, well stocked, close to pool and beach, and nice decor. We went out to dinner, ordered in, watched movies on the decent size tv, and of course went to the beach and pool. Very nice spot and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for a nice place to chill for a bit 😍

Family vacation folly feild

We all enjoyed the location and layout of the resort. We very much enjoyed the pool and ocean options, Jamaica Joe's bar was definitely a plus. The condo had pretty much had everything that we needed for our stay, all amenities were useful all beds were quite comfortable. the pull out bed was as to be expected. We really didn't have to go far for really good food options and shopping, appreciate that convenience. Communication with owner was very easy and helpful. I really liked the luggage carts that we available for use, it made transferring luggage to upper levels very easy. We definitely will be returning in the future for another stay. The resort had a lot of different things for everyone of all different age groups, very much appreciated those options. Over all the stay was great!

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head! This unit is in a great location! Right on the beach with plenty to do on the resort grounds! Place is stocked with everything you need! Communication was very easy and quick!

Perfect for our family

We took our 8 month old on her first beach trip and this was a great location for us! Super close to beach assess and an elevator for our wagon and beach gear! Love the resort and the room was great! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!

Cute little condo perfect for a couple or small family. Fully stocked kitchen, easy access to pool, beach and tennis courts! Owner was very responsive to questions. We had a great time and would rent again!

Extended stay for work

Excellent stay. No issues. Unit presents as advertised. Everything was in working order. All amenities listed were provided, with emphasis on the fast WIFI and great water pressure. Definitely would stay again.

Great for a family with small kids

We had a great stay! Everything was very clean and to our surprise, we had a beach umbrella available to use. We were allowed on the resort early that day and able to check through the day if our property was available. We had no issues during our stay, but the owner was easy to communicate with before we got there. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent vacation spot

Awesome little condo/apartment for a quick stay. I was worried about the bunk beds for my teens from other reviews I saw, but my 5’-7” 18 year old fit perfect with room to spare and slept great! Excellent beach location, super short walk right to the beach and very convenient to shops/restaurants. Communication with the owner was a highlight. Easy to reach for Q&A, super helpful, and provided excellent info.

Perfect little condo for beach trip

We really enjoyed this condo and of course the location was superb! The condo is small but perfect for a beach vacay. We loved the pool as it was large and not overly crowded. There were beach supplies there that we could use but you could also rent chairs and umbrella at the beach via beach control. Would recommend this condo! Mr. Rob was super pleasant and very easy to reach with any questions! Couldn’t ask for a better host!
