Custom Built GORGEOUS 5 Bedroom Sea Pines Home w/ Private Pool + Screen Porch

  • Welcome to 20 Stoney Creek! This custom-built home was completed in 2018 and is absolutely stunning! It has five bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms and can host a group of up to ten guests. It is located in the Harbourtown area of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island and has golf course view of hole #11 on Heron Point by Pete Dye.

    This beautiful home features a private pool with a fun sun shelf and bench seating in the pool!

    It is a very easy bike to the beach as well as a very easy walk to shops and restaurants located in the Harbourtown Marina. If you are looking for a home during the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament - you can't beat this location! You can easily walk to all the action of the tournament within minutes.


    1st Floor:

    The living room has a 75” flat screen TV. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a large island with granite, beverage fridge and more. There is a powder room located off the kitchen area. The private laundry room has granite countertops, cabinet space, a washer and dryer + a pantry.

    The screened-in porch offers seating plus a flat screen TV mounted above the mantle. There is a table available for dining and a gas grill available just off the screened in porch.

    The master bedroom has a king bed, 55” flat screen TV, large-walk in closet and golf view. The private master bath features a no lip walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, granite countertops, and his-and-her sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed with a 42” flat screen TV. The private bathroom features a no lip walk-in shower and granite countertops.

    2nd Floor:

    The second living area has a 75” flat screen TV and access to the balcony.

    Bedroom three has a queen bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and golf view. The bathroom access is just outside the door and has a walk-in shower + granite countertops.

    Bedroom four has a king bed & bedroom five has a queen bed - both have a flat screen TV. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo.

    *Additional Information*

    • Distance to Beach: This home is 1.6 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. It is a very easy bike ride to the beach & bike racks are available at the Beach Club. You can also take the seasonal complimentary beach shuttle (which is available when parking is not permitted at the Beach Club). No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying typically mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm. The seasonal beach shuttle lot is a short bike/drive away from the home.

    • Private Pool with a Sun Shelf + Bench Seating. 14x28 feet with a depth of up to 5 feet. Approx. 7 feet is the sun shelf. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat for your stay.

Perfect family house

I stay here was wonderful. We loved having a pool to come to after spending the day at the beach loved being on the golf course and love the convenience of renting bikes and having them delivered to the house. Everything was perfect. My only comment is I would look into changing the mattresses, especially in the main bedroom they are quite soft, but that being said we still loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again

We had our adult children meet us in Hilton Head for a family vacation. We were very impressed by the home. It is a beautiful home and all of us had our own space and bathroom. The management team replied promptly to any questions/issues. Definitely would recommend!

Exceeded High Expectations.

We were 4 couples on a golf vacation, and chose this place to stay for 5 nights. We thought it couldn’t possibly be as nice as the pictures, and we were right. It was even better!! If every home I ever rent in the future was exactly like this one I would be thrilled.

Large enough for two families with a great kitchen, lining room, screened porch and pool area for the group. The house was in Heron Point which was nice and good fishing spots close as well. Overall it is a very nice rental with Harbour Town amenities within walking distance. The only negative is that the beach is fairly far and the shuttle stops aren’t within walking distance.

Just what we needed!!!

The house is beautiful from top to bottom! The huge screened in porch is where we hung out the most! The pool is great! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable! The house is very close to Harbour Town …. We biked over there a lot to shop, eat and take the grandkids to the playground. We will be returning …. We had a great family vacation!

A perfect vacation...

Staying at 20 Stoney Creek was a wonderful one-week vacation that left us all relaxed and very happy. The home was perfect for our family in every way. Especially nice was the terrific screen porch off the main living area. The six beach chairs were a wonderful "extra", allowing us more room in the car when we left ours at home. Especially noteworthy is Coastal Home and Villas, the management company...They were so outstanding in every way; the communication was exceptional in every way. In the future we will always try to rent a home managed by that company. Highly recommend this lovely property for a perfect vacation.

Family Vacation

House was great! Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/cooking wear. Good communication with rental company answering questions. Had small issue with the pool and they sent someone out that day to take care of it. The house sleeps more people than beach towels provided. We had 8 people so we had to purchase 2 beach towels. We had a great week and would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Large Home

House is as nice as pictured. Kitchen well stocked, enough to cook multiple meals in as a group of 10. Extra fridge in garage for beverages etc. Beautiful pool with midweek cleaning service of pool and deck area. Beds comfy. Zero bugs in house which for the south in summer was amazing. Location great for bike or walk to harbor town and we got the bike over to the beach club down to 12minutes. A great week!

We spent hours playing games around the spacious dining table, unwinding on the screened-in porch while watching TV, and enjoying the heated pool, which was especially great for the little ones thanks to its wading area. The location is unbeatable, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again!

A short walk to Harbour Town or a short bike ride to the beach. We will definitely return!

Great family home , but not close to the beach 🙁

This house is fabulous, especially if you have younger children that can share a bed as the house does not have twin or bunk beds . The pool and open floor plan is great ! Great kitchen! Biggest program is our family loves the beach and there is no easy and quick assess . No parking and required someone to drive and drop off and pick up ….so the entire family could not go at one time . Trolly is to far to catch and too far to bike …..we didn’t enjoy the location of this years choice .

We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the private screened in porch with a beautiful golf course views. Management was super responsive when we couldn’t get the tv or fireplace to work in screened in porch and had both up and running in a timely manner. The pool was so nice and there was a company that cleaned it twice during our stay. The teenagers in our group enjoyed the upstairs area and having their own living room to hang out and watch tv. We were a short bike ride or walk to Harbour Town and because we were there in Sept, we could easily drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club and could always get a parking space. The kitchen is amazing and I loved the spacious pantry that provided ample storage. We were very impressed with Coastal Home and Villa and will definitely stay here again!
