* This home features a private elevator for guest convenience. Coastal Vacation Rentals is not responsible for unexpected elevator outages, mechanical issues, or service interruptions beyond our control.
*The Town of Hilton Head Island is completing post-renourishment beach improvements, including the installation of sand fencing and dune plants in select areas. Work will take place from October 2026 through spring 2027. Beach access will remain open, but guests may see light equipment, temporary fencing, and construction signage near affected beach areas.
