Courtside 94 ha sido remodelado con todas las comodidades modernas. Nuevos baños, pisos y todos los muebles nuevos. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo que necesita en sus vacaciones en la playa. Courtside 94 tiene televisores de pantalla plana e internet inalámbrico. El condominio es una unidad de extremo abierto con mucha luz y perfectamente ubicado cerca de la laguna a pocos pasos de la piscina. Esta unidad es una unidad de planta baja sin escalones y estacionamiento directamente en frente del condominio.
Una membresía especial con Van Der Meer ofrece a los huéspedes de Courtside tenis gratis y hasta una hora al día de tenis gratis en una instalación de clase mundial.
Courtside está ubicado a 1. 5 cuadras de la playa y cerca de Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza tiene varias tiendas y restaurantes para el entretenimiento. Hilton Head Fall Vacation

This property was beautifully upgraded and only a 5 minute walk from the beach! Also, it was spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Just an okay visit

The positives: it's 1.5 blocks from the beach with easy public access near the property. The pool was mostly quiet and very easily accessible right out the living room door from the unit. The kitchen felt like the best updated part of the condo with clean counters and a fresher feel. Conveniently located to things on the island--never had to travel too far. Could easily walk to Coligny Plaza. The negatives: the property itself is old. While the unit has been renovated, it still felt older and darker than the photos depicted. You had to check in at a physical office location, but the door is coded so it was 100% unnecessary. The cleanliness was acceptable but still left something to be desired--shag rugs in bedroom and living area feel dirty, especially for a rental. The shower floor in the master could also have been cleaner. The sliding glass door from the living room is on a hook lock mechanism and could be opened at least 1/2 inch when fully locked--seems like a safety issue. Admittedly didn't call and report the lock issue and should have.

Short vacation

My family took a short vacation to Hilton Head over a school break. The complex was quiet and relatively close to beach access. We chose Courtside because of the tennis court access and good thing we did because we were able to play on their covered courts during a day of rain.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nicely furnished and lots of space to hang out with family. We enjoyed riding bikes or walking to Coligny for dinner/shopping, and the walk to the beach was a nice stroll. We loved the ease of walking out our back door to the pool. Lovely place!

Rented 3 condos; that was perfect!

I rented 3 condos in Courtside for myself, my son’s family and my daughter’s family. We love the Courtside location and Celebration Park, plus the Coligny restaurants and beach access.

My Experience

We had a tough time in checking into the unit on the day of arrival as they have provided a wrong code and wasnt able to connect with anyone after hours. So have to get into a nearby Hotel for that night, but the Owner got in touch with me the next day and apologized and took care of me and compensated. He has been reasonable and I really liked the way he handled the situation. I'll give my kudos to him for managing and handling the scenario. Because of that I'll give an overall good rating.

Spacious, clean condo just a few minutes’ walk to the beach!

My husband and I and our 2 kids (ages 6 and 2) found this to be one of our preferred places to stay on Hilton Head. Ground level meant no steps, and my kids loved the fact that they could literally walk out the back door directly onto the bridge over the pond where they could watch the turtles, or just a few steps down the sidewalk where they could go to the pool. The property is more spacious than other condos we’ve experienced. We loved that we could walk a little less than 2 blocks to the beach, and we enjoyed being just a few minutes away from Coligny Plaza. The place was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen, which was important to us because we stay in a cook several meals. The couch in the living room has seen better days, but the beds were quite comfortable. We will most certainly stay here again!

Great property and location

Property was very clean and smelled very fresh. conveniently located close to the beach and nice large pool was just steps away. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the beautiful decor and very spacious rooms. Easy check in and check out. Parking was at the front door. Made it easy to carry in luggage. I will return.

3-nights with 4 kids

The condo was in excellent condition and clean. A few steps out the patio door to the beautiful pool area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Master bed is on the hard side and could use better pillows, but wouldn't stop me from renting again. Only thing lacking were directions to the closest beach access...which is in between the buildings at Seaside and SUPER close and we only found it on day 3 after trekking a block down farther than we needed. Overall an excellent stay for a 3 night getaway with my best friend and our 4 kids.

Beautiful property but not the cleanest.

Loved the space and location, the overall esthetic was great. The floors were just very dirty, we have a 1 year old who’s all over the floor Walking and playing when inside. I reached out to inform the property manager of the dirty floors and they were not apologetic at all just dropped off a mop. My encounters with them were just very unpleasant. When I asked questions the response were slow and short, very rude in my opinion. I assume they don’t care as they have received their money and book this property often because of its amenities and location. The pool opened the night we checked in which was super nice since it’s hard to take the 12 minute walk with massive wagon and a baby to the Bach multiple times a day. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit since again we have a small child. I would suggest them having a more thorough cleaning list for maids as the wood look ceramic floors can appear clean until you take off your shoes and walk barefoot. Overall We enjoyed our stay you can tell the owners put a lot of work into their beautiful condo!

Nicely remodeled large 2x2

Stayed here 4 nights & it was awesome despite the pool being closed due to covid 19 (understandable)- newly remodeled, clean, huge bedrooms & had nice details added for extra comfort. The weather was gorgeous when we were there so we were able to keep the back porch screened door open some while watching tv. Nice view of the pool and outdoor bridge - cute turtles swimming in the pond. We would definitely stay here again!

Accurate listing

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Very clean, well appointed. Master bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the updated master shower. Only suggestion would be to install ceiling fans where possible to keep air moving. Loved being ground floor and steps to the pool and short walk to the beach. Being so close to Cologny Plaza was awesome. Also the bike company advertised in the checkin packet was great...prompt and a good deal. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely return.
