  • ¡Bienvenido a 12 Spotted Sandpiper! Esta clásica casa de cinco dormitorios y tres baños de Sea Pines puede alojar a un grupo de hasta 11 personas en total. Se encuentra en la segunda fila del océano en Sea Pines, ¡un paseo muy fácil a la playa!

    Una buena ventaja de esta casa es que ofrece calefacción de piscina de cortesía. Siempre y cuando la temperatura no caiga por debajo de los 55 grados, está listo para disfrutar del calor GRATUITO de la piscina, generalmente de marzo a mayo y de septiembre a noviembre (debe llamar a la oficina antes de su estadía para confirmar y programar).

    • Dormitorio 1: Queen (primer piso, TV de pantalla plana, baño compartido)

    • Dormitorio 2: Dos camas individuales (primer piso, TV de pantalla plana, baño compartido)

     • Distancia a la playa: 2nd Row Ocean

    • Información de la piscina: aproximadamente 15 pies por 30 pies. La piscina solo se puede calentar estacionalmente. No se puede calentar si las temperaturas caen por debajo de los 55 grados en cualquier momento durante su estadía. Debe llamar a Coastal Home and Villa al menos dos semanas antes de su llegada para organizar el calor de la piscina.

The property is an older one, but very well maintained. Incredibly appointed/supplied kitchen and very comfortable beds and generally a comfortable house that felt like home.. The location is wonderful, access to the beach is easy and the pool exceeded our expectations. Definitely would rent again if we returned to Hilton Head.

Amazing Place for the Entire Family

We had an amazing family stay at this property. Short walk to the beach. What I loved the most is everyone has space to spread out and there was plenty of seating when we all wanted to be together. We will definitely be back!

Great house. Lots of room for our group. The pool was great with the shallow ledge area for little ones. Beautiful short walk to the beach. Close enough to walk to the beach club too

Great Hilton Head home

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Plenty of room for our group of 8. All systems worked perfectly and the WiFi is fast. The beach is close - (75 yards or so) and was great for walking.. Our entire group enjoyed our stay

Three bedrooms just down the hall were perfect for the family with little kids. The bedrooms downstairs that opened on the pool area were perfect for the pet owner. The only improvement I'd suggest is to have the lower level rooms not be so cold in the AC.

The house was great for 6 adults 4 children. We all enjoyed the pool and easy walk to beach. The house was good and very well stocked in kitchen as far as utensils and dishes etc. the first floor bedrooms were very very cold in order to make second floor temp comfortable. I wish i knew about the 88 fees for each adult and child and extra fees that vrbo charged. Adding all the extra charges The rent for one week was very high, but we had a great time

This house was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor decks and pool area were absolutely lovely. Everything felt very secluded and was super quiet. Second row and only a couple minute walk to the beachm you could see the ocean from the second floor of the house. This house being dog friendly made it even more worth it for us so we could bring our furry family members. We would definitely recommend this home and would certainly stay here again.

September Getaway

Dated. Very odd decorations and "artwork". The icemaker made an incredibly obnoxious noise and needs to repaired or replaced. I finally turned it off for some peace and quiet which is why we went down to the beach in the first place. Oak leaves in the pool for the majority of the stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was what we needed with sleeping arrangements and space for our family. One of the bedrooms upstairs the sheets had not been cleaned and were Sandy ,so I had to wash them which is not what you feel like doing after a long drive. The bathrooms need updating but worked fine. Sea pines location is in a beautiful area for riding bikes and salty dog and Harbor Town. Overall I would recommend the property.

Great Family Beach House

The home is in a gorgeous area with lush greenery everywhere close to the beach with a beach path leading from the house. The pool was incredible with spectacular evening lighting. We had a great time! Two refrigerators were wonderful. The house was well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and dishes.

Two fridges. Beautiful view. Lots of trees around house. Please get the proper authorities to spray the area for mosquitoes. Even with repellent lots of bites when sitting and talking outside. Had an umbrella & 3 chairs stolen when we left them at the beach first night. Maybe highlight more not to do that more on info send. Some trouble controlling the AC. Kept house very cold which is better than hot but too cold most time. Maybe have the system checked out and more instructions on how to keep it best temp for guests. Wonderful 5 nights and 4 days!!

And the pool was beautiful. It has old growth trees & shrubs, like a private oasis. The house was comfortable; the rooms had a good layout. We loved the big table & spent a lot of time on the porch. Just really comfortable & we had a great week.
