Nice deck with wonderful outdoor living space to relax. Two King Beds with double master suites, Two double beds, Two Twins with fold out couch sleeps 12 people. Four bathrooms and four full bedrooms. Bike paths are right beside the home and there are three golf courses in Palmetto Dunes, a world class resort for the entire family to enjoy. Wonderful tennis and pickle ball facilities in Palmetto Dunes and white sandy beaches. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 115 Mooring Buoy in Palmetto Dunes is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

This charming 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home is located just 3 houses from the Beach & features Multiple Living Areas including a Living Room, Family Room plus a Bonus Room with Billiard Table, Wet Bar & Sitting Area with Flat Screen TV. Gorgeous hardwood floors thru out living areas and oversize outdoor living space overlooking the private pool. Private pool can be heated for $800 per week. Guests of 115 Mooring Buoy can spend the day at their Private Pool, walk easily to the Beach or ride bikes for miles in Palmetto Dunes Resort.

Fantastic property!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean and everything we needed. It feels spacious and had plenty of room for our party of 10. Beautiful back deck and pool area. Location is great - beach access path is just across the street. Close enough to come and go if you need anything at the house. Plenty to do in Palmetto Dunes, we especially enjoyed exploring the area by bike which can be rented right inside the community.

Vacation Destination

We had a great family vacation in this property! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids to spread out. The pool was big and had plenty of shallow space for our 4 and 6 year olds to play in! I would highly recommend this home to other families looking to vacation on the beloved HHI!

Great Property Close to Beach

Property was in very good condition. No issues with anything. Beach path is about 25 yards from front door. Beach is lovely and it wasn’t crowded at all!

Wonderful week

This was a wonderful one level Property for our family especially with young kids 8mo to 8 yrs. there was 8 adults and 5 kids. We rented our baby and kid needs from Cozy Rentals. They deliver and pick up. The pool was perfect temp. Short paved walk to the beach. The Rec room was awesome for the kids to play in. House is showing a bit of wear but nothing that spoiled our enjoyment. Will rent this property again.

Super close to beach!

The property was very clean and up to date! The kitchen was fully stocked! The bonus room upstairs had a pool table which provided a lot of entertainment as well! We also enjoyed the swimming pool too! The beach path is across the street down one house. It took one minute twenty four seconds to ride our bikes from the house to the beach!

Great location but rude and obnoxious people working the office

The workers in The resort office are not customer service savvy at all. Had to call the office for basic guest information regarding parking and visitation and the people immediately took a nasty tone. Providing basic information would remedy this but there is still no reason to be ugly to a guest. The property was as described. The furniture is a little haggard but overall we enjoyed our pandemic escape.

Perfect Location

Some difficulties checking in with incorrect key code for front door along with the fact could never exit out of front door as it wouldn’t lock from the outside. At least two weeks worth of someone else’s trash outside in trash area which took several days to get it picked up. Cleanliness in main area and new master bathroom and bedroom was good . The cleaning crew needs to go beyond surface cleaning. Dirt and dust all over doors, windows , blinds, baseboards. I don’t expect to see toothpaste on Wall and floor in bathroom when I arrive but it was. We loved the location, the private pool, the easy access to the beach and hopefully the two bathrooms will be remodeled as Robert Young said owners were going to do next year.

Vacation With Friends

We had a great stay. Four couples in the house each with our own bedroom and bathroom. We took full advantage of the heated pool and the screened in porch where we all seemed to meet in the AM and after dinner. Great spacious house allowing space for everyone. Had what could have been a disaster upon arrival, a clogged toilet, but was handled promptly by Julie Young. The house is big enough to sleep more that the 8 we had. Overall a great fun trip!
