  • Just a short walk down Folly Field to the beach & locally managed by the Owner. This brand new beach house has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Comes with Linens, Bath towle's sets for all the guests & pool towles. An Amazing bunk room/play room with 6 full size bunk beds, high end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, dining for the entire crew, 2 huge balconies with lovely lagoon views, large outdoor living area with television and shaded pool. We have thought of everything & are at your service!

The whole house was excellent. The owners communication with the owners was great and they were very responsive when I had some questions. We had a large party and everyone felt like there was plenty of room. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at 15 Sandcastle Court! Plenty of room, very well stocked, and conveniently located to some of HHI’s best restaurants. We enjoyed the house very much!

WE HAD A BLAST! It was such a pleasant experience form the booking to the check in to enjoying the beautiful fun home to the check out! We wouldn’t have asked for a better experience and really appreciate the hospitality we were shown by Josh and his wife! Looking to book again in the future!

The house was perfect. Unfortunately we dealt with a ton of rain while there but the house and covered/heated pool provided an amazing place to catch up with old friends. Would definitely book again!

Excellent place to stay for a big group!!

We had 24 people come down for a high school softball trip! We loved the place and all the room it had for everyone! Very short walk to the beach and things to do all around! One of the best places we have stayed and very clean and organized! Will be going again!!

Guys golf trip

House was perfect, we had 12 guys on a golf trip. We wanted a house that had enough beds for everyone and this was perfect. Even the bunk beds were super comfortable. The heated pool was a nice bonus after a lot of golf each day. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this house for a large group or multiple family vacation.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay at Josh’s home! The house was beautiful, just as pictured and described. The location couldn’t be more convenient with the beach a very walkable or bikable distance in one direction and the new Lucky Beach restaurant just a four minute walk in the other. The kids room was perfect for our kid group, ranging from 7-13 because each bunk had its own little cubby space for quiet time or privacy.

Fabulous - start to finish - would love to come back!!

From communication before arrival to the last minute in the property a top notch experience. Well located for biking, beach access, and our Vandermeer Shipyard tennis clinics. We had everything we needed stocked at the house and treats to boot. Thanks for such a great place to spend friend time making memories on our annual tennis trip.

Family Weekend

We spent the weekend at the property. There were 10 adults, including my 90 year old grandparents and 7 children whose ages ranged from 3-7. The owners were so responsive prior to our stay answering all our questions and left us with all the information we needed in a very helpful binder. The property itself was so wonderful well stocked with any and everything you could think of. I cannot say enough great things about our experience, and we will definitely be back.

We loved this house! It was great for our family Christmas Vacation!

Everything was great! The owners Josh and Linda were sweet and thoughtful. They responded quickly and made our stay very welcoming. They surprised us with a Christmas tree, the dining table decorated with Christmas favorites and a beautiful Christmas card. The home is beautiful and very clean. It was very spacious for our big family. It was fully equipped with everything we needed everything was top quality. We really enjoyed the home and we had a Wonderful Christmas! We will definitely go back again!
