"The staff was accommodating and welcoming. They accommodated our request for early check-in. Special shout out to Kusal!
Kusal was professional and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was great… gave us all the options to get our day of adventures started off correctly.
The cleaning crew was attentive and helpful in cleaning up my sheets after spilling coffee not once but twice.
Many options for TV viewing including Netflix ’s. Walls were thick and slept very comfortably, never hearing noise...

"I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. "The Belltown Inn is very easy to get to via the Light Rail from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean . Hotel is in a great location, nearby restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast is not included. However, Biscuit Bit#$$h right next door, is very yummy and fun. Cruise Terminal shuttle is very convenient. Only downfall is all the homeless in the area. But, not the Inn's fault. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing. When I arrived, Autumn was so welcoming, helped me to my room, and even upgraded me after my disasterous day.

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn ’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...
