As you step inside the recently renovated cabin, you'll find a welcoming living/dining area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a tranquil master bedroom, all on the entry level. A full bath with shower ensures your stay is comfortable. Journey upstairs to the delightful loft, housing twin beds, additional space for an air mattress, and an exciting arcade game for hours of fun.

The cabin's front porch presents awe-inspiring views of the surrounding wilderness, perfect for morning coffees or evening relaxation. Our cabins are meticulously cleaned and maintained, boasting new furnishings and charming mountain decor, including the recent addition of an arcade game.

But that's not all – we're excited to announce the addition of Brand New Starlink WiFi! This cutting-edge technology ensures you stay connected even while you're enveloped in the tranquility of the mountains. Enjoy the best of both worlds – embrace the serenity of nature without losing touch with the world.

Explore the great outdoors with 600 feet of Reed Island Creek flowing through the property. It's an idyllic spot for fishing, swimming, or just unwinding. Children will be thrilled with the playground and open spaces. Enjoy communal amenities like a stone outdoor grill, picnic tables, and a large fire ring near the creek.

While we value your privacy, our team is always just a phone call away for any assistance. This cabin is part of a duo, sharing the property with "Black Bear Den" Cabin, available for combined rental.

Revel in the serenity of Little Reed Island Creek, where swimming and fishing are daily pleasures. Relax by the creek, serenaded by the sounds of Cherokee Maiden Falls, or dine al fresco at one of the many picnic tables.

Despite its secluded feel, the cabin is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from I-77, close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and a short drive from charming towns like Mt. Airy and Galax. Adventure seekers will enjoy White Top Mountain and Stone Mountain State Park, while families will love the Fort Chiswell Animal Park. Love It!

I am so glad that this cabin was available for our family vacation. I was also glad that I didn’t have to leave my dogs at home. Everything was very functional and roomy. We all felt like we had our own space and all come together at the same time! Since this was my youngest dog’s first vacation, I was nervous that he wasn’t going to adjust well. He definitely surprised me…. He laid down and seemed very comfortable within minutes of our arrival. I will certainly keep this place in mind for future visits!!

Nice Cabin

The host checked in often and supplied a lot of helpful information to make our stay great. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and the setting was very peaceful. It was nice and secluded, yet only a short drive to local attractions. Very easy to check in and out also. Highly recommend!

Quiet getaway

This place was perfect, very relaxing and comfy. My family and I enjoyed the firepit by the stream. Everything was very clean and was honestly more than we could ask for. We will definitely book again!

Mountain Song Cabin - The Perfect Getaway

Mountain Song Cabin is a beautiful property. Relaxing, great place for kids and pets to play. Our dog had so much fun playing in the creek. The cabin is clean and well stocked, and the host is very responsive to questions and needs. This is our second time staying here and it won't be our last!

Weekend getaway

Booked it for a weekend getaway before the kids kids started school. The cabin is beautiful, the scenery is even more beautiful, and the area is actually really close to my parent’s small vacation home and we’re able to visit them while we were there too. We will hopefully to get to book it again soon. We really enjoyed it.

Country Relaxation

We were traveling through town and stayed one night, we wish it would have been longer. The cabin was quaint, comfy, cute and refreshing. The fire pit down by the stream was lovely to relax and enjoy the evening!

Misleading Pics

The pictures were misleading in that the waterfall pic and the pic with the rafts are NOT on the property...All I would have required was a small caption on those pics indicated distance from this property. Attempting to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and the wife enjoys laying on the river in a raft and also fishing which we got zero experience here: hence my title "misleading pics".

Rustic comfort

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean ahd comfortable. The lighting everywhere except the living room was good. For folks in their seventies and eighties (like my wife and me) brighter light for reading or other close work would help.
