"The first room smelled stale and like smoke. The bedding’s had tares in the top cover. The customer service rep was very kind. He helped us get another room. However I noticed that the furnishings in the rooms and the lobby were old and tattered."

"The hotel shuttle was so convenient! The morning shuttle lady was amazing. So kind and helpful with my 4 grandchildren under 12! The only reason not for a full 5 star is the pool was not cleaned up on a Saturday and the kids were stinky when they got out of the pool."
