"Lovely room, helpful staff and super breakfast. Easy parking too. Only minor gripe was that the window didn't stay open and we had to prop it open with a toilet roll. The was a bit of an issue as the weather was unseasonable warm and there is no AC in the room. However, the staff did say this was already noted and action was being taken. This was our second stay at the hotel and we would certainly visit again."

"I found hotel a bit grubby. Breakfast selection was good, but was cold. Middle of afternoon I was in my room and a staff member let themselves in. No knock to warn me. I was told by reception that staff are entitled to enter rooms and to put up a do not disturb sign. Cleaners had already been. Noisy at night from local club, so didn't sleep well. "The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was with the road construction in the traffic diversion trying to find the hotel after we could see it for about three different times going by."
