"Comms were good from Martin. Instructions -easy to follow. Accommodation is nice and simple for our short stay ( even Longer if needed!!) Location is great for many things, including First Direct Arena. Parking is close by and fair price! (Could be worth dropping the car park link in on the posting)
Various items supplied to help upon your stay. Tea/coffee, cereal, milk, shower gel and such. Firestick is there for more of a stay to benefit from. Gets warm enough with the heating. Wife would...

"The apartment was comfortable, clean, tidy and convenient for access to the racecourse or for access to York by car. It’s about a half hour walk to the city centre. There's a local bakery and convenience store nearby and we found on street parking for one car.
In the first floor apartment, There’s a small kitchen with a full cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge and washer dryer. The dining table only seats four so you may need to also sit on a bed. The beds are comfortable with bedding and towels...
