"A return to a favourite hotel, looking beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decorations. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The menu had changed slightly and we enjoyed a lovely meal. We will return. "

"Excellent location. We managed to get a free parking space just down the road. Just a short walk into the city. We had a big room at the front overlooking the street and garden with a huge bay window. Very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. They cater for everyone including vegans, which was a bonus and the table service was very quick. Food was hot and delicious. Staff were all very polite. The only negative was the extremely firm mattress, which I struggled with., but it wouldn't stop us staying...

Hotel is situated on the high street, near all the resturants and bars and is right opposite the train station. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to all the staff for a brilliant stay. "This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny."
