The home: this single-level house is NEWLY constructed (no stairs inside and just 1 step to get in) and sleeps 6: a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, with 2 full baths and a half bath. There are Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area, a cozy electric fireplace, central heat and air, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a Keurig that makes a pot or k-cups, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi.

Outdoors: there's a covered porch for your morning coffee, a fire pit for evenings, a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and parking for 3–4 cars on a paved road.

Good to know: self check-in with a keypad from 3 PM, checkout at 10 AM, no pets, no smoking, and no parties or events. Please bring your own coffee and filters.

Security camera: for everyone's safety, there is one exterior security camera on the side of the house facing the driveway. It records video and audio. There are no cameras inside the house.
