The Space
This newly built, sparkling two-level home is available for the first time. Thoughtfully designed and never lived in, it offers a bright, modern, and spacious retreat in the heart of the Hudson Valley.

Main Level:
The main level features a gourmet kitchen equipped with every amenity, including a large peninsula perfect for gathering and sharing time with the cook. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with access to a spacious deck, ideal for BBQ grilling and relaxing while overlooking the expansive garden.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living room boasts a gas fireplace, a large TV, and plenty of comfortable seating, creating a perfect space for conversation and relaxation.
