Perched high above Lake Chatuge, Skyline Sanctuary is a luxury mountaintop retreat designed for those who crave serenity, space, and rejuvenation. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub under the stars, meditating on the deck at sunrise, or gathering around the fire pit with friends, every moment here is crafted for comfort, connection, and wellness. This property was designed to gather, recharge, explore, love, work remotely and inspire.

As you ride down the driveway you will be wowed by the view you will enjoy during your stay. Outside, relax by the firepit area to take in the views and spread out with your group. Unwind on two levels of decks facing the lake and mountains. Grill out, dine, sip away, relax in the hot tub and take in the mountain air.

As you enter the home, you will experience the open concept ground floor with kitchen, living and dining room. Dining table seats six and there are four bar stools at the breakfast counter. The kitchen is completely stocked for your cooking or baking adventure. Grill utensils are also available. The decor is a fusion of abstract meets farmhouse and industrial. To the rear of the house on the main level is a master bedroom suite with a queen bed, a large full bathroom and laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom one has two queen beds and a desk area for those working remotely. Bedroom two has two twin beds with a TV. And Bedroom three is the second master bedroom and boasts a million-dollar view. A large open concept queen bedroom with a working area for the remote professional, including a private balcony to get away from the crowd and take in the sunset or morning fog. A remarkable way to wake up. Each bedroom is adorned with a window seating nook thoughtfully designed for "me time.” Take in the view of nature on your own time and enjoy a good book or meditation.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding. It’s a quietly hidden in the mountain with good amenities and close to the town. It’s clean and well maintained too. Scenic getaway

Perfect 4th of July weekend getaway in the mountains next to Lake Chatuge. Beautiful home with breathtaking views and close to gorgeous hiking trails. Our host Nick was very accommodating and the house had everything we needed and even some unexpected goodies (s'mores by the campfire). Tough to beat watching fireworks from the hot tub!!

Gorgeous property

This house was fantastic! At first it seems small and quaint, but it is giant! Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and we loved the views from the deck, it was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this property! The owner was amazing and very responsive and helpful. We will be coming back for sure!

Absolutely Wonderful

We've stayed here the past few years and it is such a wonderful time. We have stayed with our two young children, and it is definitely family friendly! Then, when the kids are off to sleep, enjoy some nice relaxing time to yourself by the fire, in the hot tub, or just watching the sunset on the porch. Nick, the host, is exceptional and has put a lot of thought into the entire experience. We've loved our trips here, if this home is available for your stay, BOOK IT!

Great cabin with a Beautiful View!

My wife and I were looking to get away in the North Georgia mountains for a few days. We've rented cabins many times over the years and usually get less than what was promised in the write-up or the posted photos. However, that was not the case with this cabin. Everything the owner Nick stated on the site was on point. Large area to park four cars, plenty of sleeping space, well appointed kitchen, tastefully decorated (actually a crime to call it a cabin) very clean and probably one of the best views we've ever enjoyed during our stay. Nick thought of everything to make our stay relaxing. Other than bringing up our own food & wine, we didn't need anything else. I'll end with great communications. Nick was easy to reach and VERY responsive. We have shared photos with family and friends that this is the 'cabin' to rent if you're coming to this area of Georgia. Since we're only 2 hours away, my wife and I will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here on our way home to Alabama. Nick was an amazing host for us and made sure we were completely satisfied and had everything we needed. We never met Nick but he felt like an old friend. The home was perfectly decorated with many extras! We enjoyed the amazing coffee choices and the kitchen was fully stocked. I can not say enough about the views. The upstairs bedroom had the most amazing view! We loved staying here and will hopefully be able to return soon for a longer stay. Kimberly Cooper

Wonderful!

The cabin was perfect, view was incredible and host was very courteous. No complaints. I traveled with family and everyone was comfortable and had everything needed. We traveled for Thanksgiving and appreciated the extra touches such as the dining table being decorated for the holidays. Definitely recommend staying here.

A place better than the pictures!

To start out, if you’re looking for an absolutely gorgeous view in Hiawassee, this place looks beautiful in the pictures, but don’t be fooled: IT IS STUNNING! There’s a beautiful view of the mountains and very little light pollution if you like looking for constellations on a clear night. The home itself is so lovely, everything has been updated nicely. The appliances are updated and we loved the gas stovetop. In addition, there’s a cozy and easy to use fireplace that we used nearly the entire time we were there. The furnishings were comfy, the beds we amazing, and the bathrooms were also updated and clean! There was a ton of room for guests, but even traveling with two under two years old, it was incredibly child friendly! Overall, the home is very well taken care of, and there is a lot of heart put into it. Aside from the amazing property, Nick, our host, was hands down one of the best we’ve rented with. He is very friendly and has taken so much time to put together this home. You can tell he takes pride in making your stay pleasant. He was very easy to communicate with, kept in touch frequently as needed, and made everything so comfortable for our family. This is our second time in Hiawassee, and I won’t stay anywhere else when we return. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Beautiful View

The view really is lovely! We liked the style of the house and we were especially big fans of the upstairs bedroom with a balcony overlooking all the trees and water. And the swinging bench by the firepit was great, too. We loved that it is located so close to a variety of hikes. There's a marina right down the main road, too. The host is very responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend giving this spot a try!
