"The castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didn’t keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend."

"Wir haben selten ein so freundliches Personal erlebt. Total bemüht und wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, eher in der Qualität als in der Quantität aber das war voll ok. Wir hatten eines der noch nicht renovierten Zimmer, welches aber sehr sauber war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen alleine wegen des Personals/der Eigentümer gerne wieder."

"Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. The keys are age-old and a bit tricky. But this was not a problem either. We were impressed with the shower that didn't leak outside. "Das Feeling einer Burg zu haben, war super. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider wurde die Bar jeden Abend früher geschlossen als angegeben, so konnten wir die Terrasse mit einem entspannten abendlichen Wein nicht genießen. Das Restaurant war mir für diesen Anlass zu laut. Die Sauna war super. Das Poolwasser leider deutlich zu kalt, sogar für meine morgendliche sportliche Schwimmrunde. "

"Room was great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice patio with a fantastic view of the castle. Lots of shops and places to eat within easy walking distance. Reserved parking spot was nearby up a steep set of stairs, but understandable given the location of the hotel on a very narrow, steep hill. The view is worth it!"
