Sobre aquest allotjament

Huge Lakefront House - sleeps 22! Private Dock! Boating, Water Skiing, Rafting!

  • New House on the Snake River with a private dock! You can boat, canoe, wake board water ski, or play in the water. No crowds! This is seriously a hidden river/lake location, once you come, you will want to come back. Walk across the lawn and right down to the water and boat dock for super easy access! There is no ramp to launch your boat from here, but there is one just 2 miles away at the Burley Marina. From there it is less than a mile back across the river and a little upstream to our property.

The house was wonderful, and even better than described for our large group! Everything was as described and so many extra touches to make it awesome for a large group. There were large picnic benches outside, plus a basketball hoop and playset for the kids to enjoy out in the spacious yard. We met up here for a wedding and shared the house with multiple sibling families so it perfect place for us to gather!

Wonderful!

We had a family reunion here and found it to be a lovely, fun, well-supplied, perfect home away from home. We had fun on the river, fun playing pool in the basement, enjoyed the great kitchen. We were glad we took camp chairs for outdoors.

The property was very nice overall. Clean and comfortable. It was very family friendly . Lots of outdoor equipment for the kids to use and a large yard . The dock was easily accessible and the kids (teens) loved jumping into the river from it. The only thing that could be better would be the Wi-fi but There is good cell phone coverage.

Christmas Getaway

It was so nice to be in a place big enough for our whole family, where we could all be together for 3 1/2 days!!! The area was also very beautiful! The rooms were plenty big for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen was well supplied and she even had a Christmas tree put up just for us to enjoy the spirit.

Family Vacation

The property was as listed on VRBO and the location was great, with ample parking, beautiful yard and landscaping. This location allowed for adequate daily shopping as needed, as well as touring the area. The river was great for the family and the use of the dock allowed for swimming, fishing & boating. I worried if there would really be enough seating and space for as many people as they advertised. It was perfect for our family reunion of 17 people. There were beds and seating for everyone! Excellent large rooms for sleeping, visiting, playing games, cooking & eating, etc...The Yard was AMAZING! Toys, balls, and other equipment for all ages. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Watched pelicans and birds in the early mornings from the living room and the balcony! So Relaxing! The air conditioner was a little finicky so we used the fans to help. Most kitchen equipment and supplies were great. But not enough bowls or storage containers for left over food. Also, bring your own zip baggies for food or lunches. Very few available. The basement furniture was a little stained and outdated, but the pool table was a lot of fun. We loved the kayaks and rafts. Amazing to watch the 4th of July fireworks on the river!!!We had a wonderful week! Thank you for sharing your amazing home.

80th birthday

The house was a perfect place for our family to meet up to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We had plenty of room for everyone (ages 10 mo - 80). We loved the big yard, play set, basketball hoop, & indoor games that kept everyone busy. Our favorite was having the dock on the Snake River & getting to enjoy all of the water toys! We would love to come back one day! Thank you!!

We had an overall decent experience with staying here. The two situational issues that arose from our stay. We were not able to use the kayaks as the listing promised. We were told on arrival that they were not currently registered so we were unable to use them. On our second night there was a screaming match happening in the home next door that is also owned by the property owners. The windows were wide open while they were having this massive argument, and it made enjoying the outside of the home awkward and uncomfortable while trying to enjoy the outdoors. We had no complaints about the home interior. It was clean and well kept up. Enjoyed our stay overall these were our two unfortunate aspects of our specific trip.

Wonderful place to gather for family time together

We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with nice kitchen tools for just about need. The extra refrigerator on the lower level came in handy as well. The hosting team was very accommodating to any need we expressed.

Beautiful home!

We loved this beautiful, spacious home! The following items would have added to our experience: Barbecue, steak knives, outdoor seating, and a hair dryer. You will also find a large bees nest in the tree by the garbage can. This is a great place for a large family!
