"We had a very relaxing 4 day break in this beautiful stone cottage, a mile off the main road near Hadrians Wall, on a farm that practices environmental care and organic stewardship under the Green Tourism Business scheme. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable with a new shaker modern style kitchen, so very easy to make a simple meal. The bed was super comfortable in a roomy upstairs bedroom. "The property is overall really good, the bed was comfortable. The staff was really good they provided me with extra towels at no additional cost. Safe parking and location of the hotel is exactly to be on point, especially if you are visiting the city center. "

"It was terrible and got worse the more I investigated. The drains were blocked and the bathroom not cleaned, dirty towels on the doors and the bed had black bits through the white sheets! Thank goodness the sheets were white so I could see how dirty it was!"

"Three adults, 2 bedrooms, two bath (one on suite), immensely comfortable beds. Lounge and beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Spotless. Fantastic value. Staff are just fabulous, kind and friendly. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Near to absolutely everything central Newcastle. Will 100% stay again."

"We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. "

"We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...

"This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable."

"We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend "

"The check in was fast and friendly, the room is lovely, with a nice view. There was quite a lot of noise from the street below early in the morning and the church bells were regular throughout the night. The breakfast was a good amount but lukewarm spolt the vibe. The price we paid , i think was high for this standard."
