Arrived late in the afternoon but the key was in an envelope on the msg board.
The room was fresh and clean, towels were nice and fresh not like the usual laundry smell you get in hotels. The owners had prepared an informative pack for anyone not acquainted with the area, plenty of free parking outside the property, all in all I thought it was great value for money.

An old country inn hotel located in the town centre. The rooms were of a basic standard with somewhat tired decor. The bed quite small and room stuffy. It wasn't a bad experienc, but one we will likely not repeat. The restaurant was good with a tasty evening meal (paid separately), and a lovely breakfast - probably the most enjoyable part of our trip.

It was quite basic and dated but it had everything we needed. The beds and the bathroom was clean. There was no one to let us in had to call a number for codes but it was no hassle got straight in. Liked the fact there was a small fridge in the room. We were out all day only really slept there. There was a little cafe just down the road for breakfast. Plenty of buses going into the centre.

"Checked in, went to my room and it wasn’t even cleaned after someone had left… sheets messy, can on the table and an absolute mess. Had to go back down to get them to give me another room. Room quality not well maintained, lift takes a very very long time to come so we had to use the stairs alot ..."
