We enjoyed our stay. Unit needs more upholstered chairs and end tables in den. Kitchen needs a bar for more work area and storage. Bathroom commodes are too low, and safety bars are needed. We believed the condo had bathroom safety bars since we checked that it needed to be accessible. It was accessible, but not handicapped accessible. Thank you.

At check in, the desk clerk was very rude and unhelpful because she didn’t understand, or even try to understand, the question that was being asked. We were then put in a room that they obviously hadn’t been done cleaning. One sink had no handles and there was no rush to fix them. The shower was not cleaned and really gross. It smelled like someone had just cooked in there. A tv remote was missing. Then the coffee machine was full of mold. Al at the desk the next morning was great and quickly fixed the situation by moving us to another room which was clean and functioning. The coffee machine was still full of mold but everything else was fine. The hot tub was down for 3 days. When we stayed in the past at this location we had much better experiences. Might be time to move on.

Great gem close to Hershey Park

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the layout felt spacious yet cozy. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful touches—quality dishware and complimentary toiletries like dishwashing detergent, soap, and a sponge—which are often missing from similar rentals. My kids are already asking when we can rent this property again.

Clean convenient to hershey park and walk to outlet mall across street they have under building parking available . Staff was very pleasant. . Kitchenette was great money saver the washer and dryer was a life saver . Outdoor pool was nice size and warm . The game room was nice for the kids to hang out .

Excellent for Families visiting Hershey

Yes, there are train horns going from about 9pm to 4am. It woke my partner but I was able sleep through it. Despite this, it was one of the best VRBO stays I’ve ever had. It has everything you need.

The host canceled our reservation the day before our arrival. We booked for the week of Fourth of July, the host wanted the condo for one day in the middle of our stay, the day of July 4th. The only option we were given was to move in, move out for July 4th, then move back in for the remainder of our week. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great Location!

Property is right down the street from Hershey Park and across from the outlets, providing food and shopping opportunities when you're not at the park! Property was comfortable and front desk personnel were very helpful! The kids loved being able to see (and hear) the train go by! Wish we had more time to take advantage of the on-site amenities. Great stay!

Great all around property!

Everything was exactly as pictured and the place was clean and functional. The only negative we experienced was a strong food smell from the previous renters that was impossible to get rid of. We bought aur fresheners and it helped a little.

Be Aware

The place itself was great for what we needed it for. The listing company was a nightmare. I booked 9 months out and they canceled my stay the day before leaving- driving across country to stay here for a competition. With no assistance from the listing company I spoke with VRBO reps who were able to get it taken care of. Even thought I booked for 5 nights - they were telling me only two nights were secured. ( I paid for 5). This happened to many other families as well.

Definitely would stay here again!

Very nice property. Loved the outdoor pool. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Parking was easy. The bed was very comfortable. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer. Loved the coffee bar in the main office. If we stayed longer, we would’ve used the outdoor grills and outdoor fire pit eventually.
