One of 9 apartments in an old historic building with stairs but all brand new furniture and appliances. We will make you fell like you are staying in our home!

Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases.
Located in the center of downtown Hershey above historic Fenicci's Restaurant (which you also get a discount at!) sitting on the 1st floor of the building.

The apartment was perfect for a few nights. The restaurant below fit us in for dinner ASAP and accommodated us a the bar. Service all around was excellent. Location of the apartment was also great!

Beds were comfortable. Kitchen clean and adequate. The dishtowel was not very absorbent but there was sufficient paper towels. We enjoyed a delicious and generous meal in the restaurant downstairs. We were there to attend a conference at Hershey Lodge and chose this place for its proximity to the conference venue only 2 miles away. The woman who works in the restaurant and does the housekeeping was very friendly and helpful when we were unsure how to access the key in the lockbox.

Overall, the stay was fine. They do note that the apartment is above a restaurant and while there is no smoking in the apartment, there was some smoking on the sidewalk below during the restaurant operation hours. There wasn’t a lot we could do about it because it was the same side of the house where the window air conditioning units were located. (Note – it was quite hot while we were there, and the window units worked really well cooling the apartment down. ) The restaurant was also bit noisy on a couple of the weeknights that we stayed there. The weekend seemed quieter even though the restaurant was still bustling. We might just have gotten used to the noise. :-) The area was very walkable and the pizza at the restaurant was delicious!

Awesome place

Great place for a short stay! We truly enjoyed the info and the outstanding dinner at the restaurant downstairs! It was awesome to be able to go down the steps and get delicious dinner after a long day of walking around the park!!

Hershey stay

The place was perfectly located next to Hershey park. We decided to do a day trip and it fit our needs perfectly. The place was also very clean. I would recommend for anyone wanted to spend a few days in Hershey.

The cutest space

The restaurant was easy to find, but the door was a little difficult to locate. There are very narrow and steep staircases, it took a little effort to get the apartment but the juice was well worth the squeeze! It was so cute and cozy. Looks just like the pictures and the location was perfect

Very quaint… very clean…

This little apartment was nice, clean, and quiet…to me, the pillows and bed were very comfy and cozy!!Just have to add….The waitstaff in restaurant were super friendly and no one looked miserable! LolThe food was great! The sauce at Feccini’s very good!!!

Exactly what we needed

We were there for a wedding at Hershey Gardens. This place was perfect for our 2 night stay, My husband, son (13) and I were thrilled. It was clean and cozy. Perfect spot in town we walked around to the shops and restaurants. The only thing i could have used was a full length mirror and a little more light to get ready for the wedding. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was nice and location was excellent, close to everything Hershey. However, restaurant below was noisy late into the night making it hard to fall asleep. Could easily hear neighbors as well through the walls.

We had a great stay. The location to park is super convenient and everything you need while not doing Hersheys activities is within walking distance(brewery and Starbucks etc.) the food at the restaurant was also excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Phil and his staff were excellent. The apartment was set up so cute. Plenty of space convenient and just charming. We will be back. It’s a must do in Hershey!!!!!!
