"The toilet in my room was not bolted down properly. The shower door was broke and I had to rig it so I could atleast jump in the shower quickly without it falling on me. I do appreciate the front staff for acknowledging that when I brought it to their attention on check out. "

"This hotel is gross. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we just left and went to another hotel. The reviews were mostly good so I was very disappointed. The lady at the desk during check in was so sweet so I do want to note that. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there are no complaints about that. The room itself however was so gross. Someone else’s hair was wrapped up in in one of the towels. There was no comforter on my bed, the comforter on my daughter’s bed had a yellow...

"Check in was pleasant. Smell in garbage cans by elevators was horrendous. Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom toilet was gross."

"A lot dirtier than it looks. Stains on sheets. we were there maybe 9 hours, so it was fine. They had toothpaste, and restocked some of the breakfast when it was nearly empty by the last hour of the prescribed program. It's a budget hotel in Memphis, what you see is what to expect and what you'll get. "

"Terrible. No breakfast even though it was mentioned that breakfast is included in the booking. The bedsheets and towels were not properly clean. No paper napkins were available as well to use instead of using the dirty towels. There was no water bottle/coffee/tea were available as well in the room. Only provided a single soap for 2 people's stay. "
